I did a lot of research before ordering a bed. Some things that we’re important to me: 1. A natural bed without chemical odors. 2. A firm supportive mattress that wouldn’t hurt my back. 3. A comfortable mattress where I could get a good night sleep. 4. Preferably not extremely expensive This mattress is all of the above:) There was no chemical odor at all and it states it’s made out of more natural ingredients. The bed is the perfect firmness. Many mattresses hurt my back, this bed provides support. Lastly, the bed is very comfortable. I did have to put a ‘mattress pad’ on top. (To be honest I just put a comforter under my bottom sheet). But this gives just enough cushion and softness to the firm support. I bought an avacado mattress prior to this one, and while I loved that it was organic, I had horrible back pain everyday. I was able to return it. Previously I have had a Casper mattress. That one was pretty good as far as firmness and low back pain, but I didn’t find it as comfortable and it wasn’t natural. Also I had a mattress from Rooms To Go for a while. That mattress also hurt my back to the point it was difficult to walk most mornings. This bed cost less than all of the above. I am very happy to find this mattress. I finally have a good night sleep and wake up pain free and rested!!!

I purchased this for my daughter’s bed in her college house. Warning it is very heavy in packaging. It was very nicely packaged in two different bags, then wrapped in layers of plastic before getting to the compression plastic. It was easy to unpackage. After reading other reviews, we unzipped the cover (no fiberglass to worry about) to allow for more even and faster rising. We were so busy, I’m not sure how long it took to completely expand to the full 12 inches. I think we unpacked it sometime around 10 or 11 am. By the time we were home from dinner (6 or 7 pm), it was definitely the full 12 inches. We did make the bed that evening. Only my daughter slept on it that night (I was afraid of putting too much weight on it the first night). She absolutely had an amazing night’s sleep. She actually woke up the next morning and went back to sleep for a few more hours, because it was so comfortable. She loves her new bed. She is a side sleeper. This was one of the most challenging purchases I’ve ever made. I spent probably a month researching and reading. We couldn’t afford much over $400. We didn’t want the fiberglass risk. None of us are lightweight people, so we didn’t want to sink into a bed with a 150 lb weight limit. She is a side sleeper and is used to sleeping in an antique bed with a very hard, custom mattress with lots of egg crate and toppers on it to make it softer. We also didn’t want something that would break down fast, not be as hard as the floor. I think we succeeded with this purchase. She has only slept in it for one night and won’t officially move in for a few weeks, so I will update my review after she’s used it more. A couple of weeks later - my husband and I went back to her house. He hadn’t seen or felt the mattress and neither of us had laid on it. He was super impressed with my purchase. We both laid on it and did not sink in, but just a bit. It’s nice and soft, but firm. He wants one for our bed to replace our $1300 mattress set.

I like this mattress. It’s fairly firm so you don’t just sink into it but still soft enough to be very comfortable in my opinion. I love memory foam mattresses and I want to love this mattress but none of the corners ever fully expanded and a couple of them are extremely obvious. I ordered a 12 inch full size mattress. The middle of the mattress fully expanded to 12 inches, but none of the corners did. A couple of them are not far from 12 inches, maybe only an inch or two shy of 12 inches, but the other two corners are probably only 7 or 8 inches even after waiting several weeks to see if they would ever fully expand. As such, the mattress looks weird and the bottom of my bed feels like it has almost no support since the corners are only barely 50% as expanded as they should be. It’s not even just the corners, it’s like the entire bottom foot or so of the mattress never expanded fully but the corners are worse. I put the worse two corners at the bottom since it would be very uncomfortable laying on them if they were at the top because your head would be angled down. So I’ve waited almost an entire month now and only slept on the bed twice since I was waiting to see if the corners and the bottom end of the mattress would ever expand. It is comfortable but I don’t like how it looks or how it feels to try to sit near the end of my bed. The mattress doesn’t hold you and you basically just slide off since the foam never expanded completely. I am in the process of going through Amazon support to get a replacement at this point. I hate to be “one of those customers” but at the same time I know this bothers me and will continue to bother me. I don’t want to pay over $400 for a mattress that I’m not satisfied with. If I can get a replacement and the corners expand properly on it, I will definitely change my rating to 5 stars because I do really like this mattress other than the issue I’m having with the corners. Edit: so I have talked to Amazon support twice and was told someone from Amazon support would get back to me to help with getting a replacement. So far no one from Amazon support has followed up with me. I’m a little disappointed in amazons support right now because of this. However the seller saw my review here and reached out to me independently. Apparently they pay close attention to the reviews on their products. That’s a big kudos to them. They were very kind and understanding about the situation. They generously offered me a couple of different options to resolve this issue I was having. Both options they offered were more than enough to make up for this issue and they were happy to quickly answer all of my questions about each option. As such I am updating this review to 5 stars because I like the mattress, it’s very comfortable, firm but not too firm, and the seller went out of their way to personally reach out to me and correct the issue for me so that I was happy with my purchase. Plus the sellers customer support was very kind and understanding. I definitely appreciate good customer service. Amazon support dropped the ball a little bit on this one, but the seller stepped up and did a great job at making this right. For those reasons this mattress and the seller in general deserve 5 stars.
