This was ordered to replace a very old, and very expensive, mattress. Considering the cost of this is literally 1/3 and maybe even 1/4 of anything comparable, it deserves 5 stars. I have been sleeping on it for a few weeks now and have nothing but good things to say. The old mattress was a hybrid inter-spring mattress, and that's why the price was so much more to replace it with something that was the same. This isn't, it is just a layered memory foam bed, and that comes with some pro's and con's. Personally, I wanted a firmer bed compared to what I was replacing. This is considered a medium, but in comparison, it is much firmer than the inter-spring mattress I had. I am not a big fan of the memory foam because it takes time to rebound after you shift your weight. This isn't a problem and more of a feature of this type of bed, so I can't knock it on that. I have been sleeping better with it, but again, the old mattress had gotten so bad that it's amazing I didn't have more back issues. In the end, this is a great value if you are not wanting to spend a lot of money. You will get diminished returns as you spend more, but you will get more if you buy a premium mattress. This has worked out fine, and I am sleeping better for sure. For the money, you can't go wrong. If you don't mind the memory foam, this is about the best deal you're going to get. They recommend 48 hours after open to let it fully "inflate". I opened it in the morning and put it on the bed, slept on it that night. Over the next few days it did "open" up a bit more. As far as quality, it looks good, and could easily be sold in a big box store. This is by no means a cheap imported product. As far as all the promises they make... they all proved to be true. It is in fact cooling and breathes well, isolates movement very well, balances softness and support, and is easily cleaned by removing the cover. Worth every penny of $400.00.

This mattress arrived in a 14” x 14” x 62” box which weighed about 70 lbs. That’s quite the feat for an 80”L, 60”W x 12” thick mattress. It comes vacuum sealed, so you need to carefully remove the bag it’s sealed in, roll it out flat and then give it some time to fully expand. The documentation says to wait up to 48 hours to fully expand to 12”, but mine was expanded to about 10” after just 1 hour or so. This mattress comes with a 10 year limited warranty. The Amazon page for this mattress states that there is a 100 night free trial. However, as of this writing, the Amazon page also says this mattress is returnable until January 31, 2025. That’s a good bit less than 100 days as of this writing. I posted a question on the Amazon page asking how the return process works before the 100 night trial period expires. I will update this review if an answer from the seller is forthcoming, or not. The mattress claims to be of medium firmness, and that seems about right. I prefer a medium firmness mattress, and as a side sleeper, I find this mattress to be very comfortable. As with any mattress, most of the sleepy magic is inside so not visible from the outside. What is visible from the outside looks to be of good quality. The fabric covering looks and feels appropriate. I find this mattress to be a good value at the price shown when I ordered it, and it is very comfortable. Life is too short waste a night on an uncomfortable mattress.

We ordered this mattress to upgrade our son's mattress and I am SO HAPPY with it!!! First off, it's so cozy and pulls you into bed! Even I find this bed VERY comfortable! (maybe not as much as my own memory foam Queen but comparable for a twin) The mattress is thick enough that you don't feel the bars of an elevated bed frame that doesn't require a box spring. The bed is soft without being too soft that it collapses when you climb on it. This mattress is so comfortable and noticeable upgrade for our son's bed! My son is loving his new cozy bed so, for that reason alone, I couldn't be happier with it! It arrives vacuum sealed in a bag which is easy and convenient for shipping. Unboxing the bed was super easy! I would note it really does take a full 24 hours for the bed to fully decompress and take its form. Upon unboxing the mattress does look really thin but start bouncing back within minutes. All in all this is an impressive mattress!! It's perfect for our 5 year old and is incredibly cozy for any twin size bed! Our son does sleep very hot and sweaty but, ever since we upgraded his bed he's actually not sleeping as hot as he was on his old mattress. He's even sleeping better in his new bed! My son, husband and I all simply couldn't be happier with this bed!! Would absolutely highly recommend this cooling memory foam mattress.

So, my nephew needed a mattress. My old one wasn't too old, so I decided to give him that one. As luck would have it, this one came up a couple days after I told him he could have mine. This comes rolled up in a box, so you have to let it sit out for a day or two. I let it sit out for 2 because, to me, it still seemed like it needed to sit out after 24 hours. This mattress is amazing for it's price. It does seem to keep me cooler, I don't move around as much at night, it's comfortable. I like a soft, yet firm mattress and this one fits the bill. But what REALLY makes me happy is that it has a cover that you can remove and wash, which was a bit selling point for me, honestly. It didn't have a weird smell when I opened it, and I tend to rotate my mattresses every 6 months, so while I could see this developing a "dip" if you sleep in the same spot, on the same side all the time, if you rotate it, it will probably be less likely to do so.
