Once I unwrapped it, it inflated quickly and was firmer than I expected. I let it sit for about 12 hours before sleeping on it, but ended up adding a 3-inch foam topper because it was still pretty firm. I went with the medium-firm option, and although it’s a little tough at first, I’m sure I’ll get used to it. The quality seems great, and I’m confident it’ll last for years. My back already feels better than with my old mattress, so that’s a win. Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase and wish I’d done it sooner. I can’t believe I got this 14” Queen Hybrid for $200! It’s an absolute steal! I haven’t had it long but so far it exceeds my expectations. My expensive Beautyrest started sagging. It was causing me serious back pain and I wasn’t getting restful sleep. After one night on this mattress and my back pain is gone. I was waking up tired, aching, stiff everyday for quite some time. I woke up feeling well rested and painless for the first time in a while. The mattress is definitely medium firm and it’s going to take a little getting used to. I’m used to a softer mattress that no longer works for me. It’s very comfortable and the memory foam is the perfect balance of soft yet firm. There was no smell when I removed the vacuum seal and plastic. I’m very pleased with my purchase. I haven’t had it very long and I will update my review after sleeping on it for a few months.

Very pleased with the comfort, not too hard and not too soft. I thought the combination of memory foam and coils would last a bit longer than other brand I purchased for a queen bed.
