I picked this up to replace an old mattress that was leaving me with a stiff back every morning. I have been sleeping on it for about five weeks, every night in the main bedroom. Setup was easier than I expected. Unbox, unroll, and let it expand. It was ready to sleep on the same night, though it took about three days to fully puff out to its 12 inch height. The smell that comes with boxed mattresses was mild and faded within two days. The medium firm feel hits a good middle ground. Firm enough that I do not sink in when I lay on my back, soft enough that my hips and shoulders do not ache when I sleep on my side. I switch positions a lot during the night and it feels supportive in all of them. The pocket springs are the part that surprised me. I feel way less of my husband moving around in the night. He gets up earlier than me and I used to wake up every time, but now I can usually sleep through it. The memory foam layer on top does a nice job of relieving pressure. My hip no longer goes numb when I am on my side, which was a constant issue with my old mattress. The edge support feels solid. I can sit on the side to tie my shoes without sinking, and when I sleep near the edge I do not feel like I am about to roll off. One honest note. It slept a little warm the first couple of weeks, especially on humid nights. It has since cooled off as it broke in, but side sleepers who tend to run hot may want to pair it with cooling sheets. Good pick for couples, side sleepers, or anyone waking up sore who wants support and pressure relief without going full memory foam.

This queen mattress measures right around 60 inches wide and feels wonderfully thick and substantial once fully expanded. The cushioning is soft and comfortable, but what impressed me most is that every area still feels well supported instead of saggy.
