It is soft and firm and makes us feel safe. You know?, the feeling when you are about to sleep and you just know you are gonna sleep well; no noises when you sit or move around so it helps to sleep in all aspects. We got it in a nice box, we took out the plastic bag and we just let it do his thing so it was that easy to set up; you have to wait if you read the instructions however it was worth giving it time so we can have lovely nights sleeping. ... show more

Packed nicely, regained its shape within 4 hours. I purchased the 3" twin size topper, and the one I received fit exactly over my twin mattress, so a perfect size. This mattress topper is moderately firm, which when laid over my current foam mattress, gives an additional 1" firm support with 2" of sink-in-for-the-night softness. The pad is all one type of foam, let me be clear. It has just the right amount of give, and springs back to form 15-20 seconds after getting up from it, even with a mattress cover over it. I would recommend it for anyone with a futon that's gone lumpy, a mattress with hard spots, or a cot that's just plain not ok as it has saved my shoulder and hip from the normal morning soreness I had as a side sleeper. It does retain some warmth, but not as much as you would think given that it's made entirely of foam; I did not end up in a pool of sweat even with my fuzzy winter blanket. Rolling over is still easy, you will not get trapped in the softness like some pillowtop mattresses can do. Overall, the first night on this pad was the best sleep I've had in the last 4 years. Extremely happy with this item for the quality and price. I'll update this review if there are any changes in the future, but for now I will enjoy the restful nights. The box and packaging said Homdox, not Nelaukoko, but I will assume that Nelaukoko is only the name of the distributor, not the brand itself. Soft and comfortable but the corners ugh!!! If you use this mattress on a sleigh bed or on without a box spring like myself. The corner will flatten and squish thru. If it wasn’t for that I would give it 5 stars ⭐️ may end up buying a box spring or different bed
