I can honestly say this mattress has made a huge difference in how I sleep. It’s the perfect mix of soft and supportive — comfortable enough to sink into, but firm enough to keep my back from hurting in the morning. It expanded quickly right out of the box and had no strong smell, which I appreciated. I’ve noticed I don’t toss and turn as much anymore, and I wake up feeling actually rested. Super service from the Amazon delivery team. They brought the new mattress inside, opened it up and placed it on the bed frame. They then removed my old mattress and were in & out in about 10-15 minutes. Now for the Mattress itself, I couldn’t be haappier. The mattress is 14” thick, has a beautiful black color, has no odor and has convenient handles on both sides. I was a little nervous about buying a mattress sight unseen but it is VERY comfortable. It’s neither too soft nor too firm. It strikes a good balance leaning just a little to the firm side. The mattress does feel cooler than my old one and that’s through the mattresss cover and sheets. The only issue I’ve found (which is really not a big deal), is that when sitting on the edge of the bed, my Fiancé’s side is alot softer than mine. Just on the edges though. If you need a comfortable, good looking mattress at a fair price, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And a word of advice….go ahead and spend the extra $75 and have it set up in your room and have them haul the old one away. It’s very much worth it as this mattress is VERY heavy.

This has been my first time buying a new mattress. And my first time buying a foam one. It's a 300 lb man I have to say this is a wonderful bed. I have slept great on it since I got it, I did give it the entire full 3 days that they recommend without sitting or touching it to let it expand fully, I don't know how much that plays into my experience but I recommend following the actual instructions. I know that's generally not convenient, but do it anyway. I could not be happier with this thing. Even if it only lasted 5 years, which most beds are rated for seven, it would be worth it to get another. It's just great.

I like a firm mattress so would have preferred it to be a bit firmer and a few more inches thicker. My last mattress was 14” and lasted only 5 years, it should have been replaced at least a year ago. That being said it’s exactly what I expected for the price I paid(I wouldn’t have purchased if not discounted) hence the 3 stars. And worth the $$ to have delivered with set up and removal of old mattress.

This mattress has been great. Both my husband and I have back problems, and I have hip issues and neither of us have had any issues when getting up in the morning. We aren't sore, I don't toss and turn because of hurting hips, and we haven't had to take ibuprofen immediately when getting out of bed because of back pain, and it is comfortable enough for a full night. It isn't too soft so you sink in and can't get out of a hole, but also not too firm that your body can't get comfortable. We also have not had any issues with over heating. Highly recommend this mattress.

I do not like this mattress because it feels too soft for me. I have gotten neck pain, back pain, and headaches from sleeping on this mattress. I also do not feel the cooling thing. I had scheduled a return for today at 6pm. However, I had questions about this mattress due to me having opened the package and no longer having the original packaging. I cant get hold of anyone due to Amazon being shut down! Therefore, I am postponing sending it back until I have clear answers about what to do with this mattress. I have heard it can be a pain to return and that Amazon delays sending refunds and gives conflicting information on returns. That conflicting information being that they send UPS pick up but UPS won't take a full mattress without it being packaged. And that Amazon representatives won't necessarily help with this issue either. Therefore, until I get a hold of someone about sending this mattress without the original packaging or even being packaged...I have to delay this order pick up

Love my new mattress! Plush is just right not too hard not too soft I’ve slept better the past three nights than I have in years! The only down side you have to allow the mattress to fully expand just out of the box, it takes a good three nights before you should sleep on it in order to get the trueness of the bed, we love it!
