I have a king size bed, and I ordered a king size mattress, what came in was a mattress that is 4 inches too short the width was fine but was 4 inches too short. It is also very uncomfortable and if you are around 180 pounds or more you sink all the way down and almost can feel the boxspring. I called to return this mattress and I gave them photos of everything they need to show and prove to them that it is not the right size. They confirmed and said they are sorry and that this usually does not happen and they would give me 30% refund. That is not what I asked for and I don’t need the mattress because my kid could possibly put his leg or foot in there and could get very much injured. For three days customer service has been back-and-forth with me and nothing has been accomplished. It Seems like they don’t want to give a refund back. I strongly suggest not to buy from this company and spend a little more money for a lot better product.

Bed is very comfortable, poofed up quickly. However Its rolled top side out which makes it a little difficult to unroll. You have to "help" it unroll or flip it after. Also the plastic tool provided IS SHARP enough to cut the material, be careful cutting the plastic off. I cut the material with it because of how it was rolled and how the plastic was covering. Otherwise worth it!
