got this a couple of days ago and the reviews were correct this is a great item that looks like it cost ten times the price. Came fast and everything was included. Very happy with quality and the grates are very thick metal so they are built to last and take a workout.

The decals started disappearing after only four weeks of use. I contacted Thermomate, and the response was " We can give you $15 for the inconvenience". If the company will not respond to a cosmetic defect, will it respond to a manufacturing defect?
