This is a lot nicer than I thought it would be. It has a nice glass top, cast iron grate, electronic igniter, and can be used on the countertop or installed. It’s got a good weight to it but it’s not so heavy that you can’t bring it camping. Putting it together was a breeze. It’s all pretty self explanatory. It’s designed for the one pound propane tanks. Like the ones you get at Walmart in the green bottles that come in a two pack in the sporting goods section. You can find an adaptor so you can connect a 20lb propane tank (the kind for the grill). This is definitely worth the price point. Especially if you plan on installing it and having two extra burners. It does come with a seal for under so you can mount it. It’s also very easy to use, just turn the knob to ignite, the. To your desired setting. This gas cooktop gets a 8/10. The only reason I give an 8, because it’s marketed as portable yet it does not come with any type of case or bag for carrying. Other than that, it’s a solid purchase!

I cook a lot and having a portable option that does not feel cheap was something I had been looking for. The glass top looks great and the cast iron grates are heavy duty, not the thin stamped metal you get on a lot of portable cooktops in this range. Electronic igniter works every time, just turn the knob and it lights. Two burners is enough to work with for most meals. Compatible with the 1-pound propane tanks You can get just about anywhere and it's very easy to connect and use. The one thing missing is any kind of carry bag or case. For something designed to be portable that feels like an oversight. Carrying it without one is a little awkward and I am going to have to figure something out on my own.

My wife and I recently installed this 12-inch cooktop and have been impressed with the build quality. The black tempered glass looks modern and is incredibly easy to wipe down after cooking. Having both a 10,200 BTU power burner and a smaller simmer burner gives us a lot of flexibility for a compact unit. The safety features like the flame-out protection and child-lock knobs give us peace of mind in our small space. It’s heavy-duty and the cast iron grates feel very stable. However, at $117.99, the price feels a bit high for just two burners. We feel a price point closer to $79.99 would be more competitive for a 12-inch model. Great product, but wait for a sale if you can.
