The mattress arrived in a smaller box than I expected. It was tightly wrapped and vacuum-sealed. When you remove the plastic, be sure to keep your little kids at a safe distance —once you cut the plastic about halfway. the mattress pops up suddenly and could bump someone nearby. I purchased the 10' medium firm one, and I am very happy with it. It offers the perfect balance between softness and support, not too hard, not too soft. I used to wake up with lower back pain, but since switching to this mattress, the discomfort seems to have gone away. The edges of this mattress are strong enough to sit on comfortably. I have had bad experiences with other mattresses that made me feel like I was "rolling off the cliff", but this one is perfect. I was unsure about buying a mattress online, but I am very pleased with this purchase. I have been sleeping more comfortably and waking up feeling more rested.

Our new mattress arrived, we tried it and we love it. It is thick and heavy, firm yet comfortable. It provides good support. It was shipped very quick. Before it was inflated, we thought it is thin, because it was rolled into a round stick. But after it was inflated it is certainly not thin at all. It is plush and beautiful. Anyway, so far so good. It is a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing mattress!! The firmness mixed with the softness matches just right for my aching back. As seen on the video, planning to replace the bottom mattress with this new one asap :)

This mattress is one of the worst I have ever used. It is advertised as medium firm, but it feels extremely hard and uncomfortably bumpy. I switched from an extra firm mattress with a foam topper, hoping for a bit more softness, but this mattress turned out to be worse than my previous one. The bumpiness is especially problematic; there’s no way to adjust and find a comfortable spot. Everywhere I move, I encounter a hard bump, and it feels like a large, pointy rock with each bump. It’s awful, and I hardly slept at all. The pain was so intense that I had to go to sleep in my recliner chair.

When you consider the price of this mattress, it's 5 stars for the value. It will arrive compressed to allow you to have it delivered and move into the bedroom before unboxing. It will naturally expand, and I do recommend 3-4 days of allowing this process before sleeping on it. The mattress is a true medium in firmness. The top is slightly lumpy with the connections, easily solved with a 2 inch mattress topper if it bothers you. Coils are metal, but very thin, I wouldn't jump on it and expect lasting results if you did. I suspect it could last 5 years with nightly sleeping. Overall, it's exceptional for a guest room or anyone renting housing. Ideally compatible with deep pocket sheets.

I needed a replacement mattress for my guest room and this mattress fit the bill (and certainly fit my budget.) The mattress comes packaged all rolled up and compressed and is easy to move before you open it up. I would make sure you have it at least in the room you want to use it in before you open the packaging. Once you open it there will be an unrolling and expansion which will make it much more difficult to move. The mattress is comfortable and works even for side sleeping without back issues. I've had one set of guests use it and they seemed to like it just fine, no complaints. Overall for the price I'm super happy with it.

Well packed in a vacuum method, so when it arrives you will probably need a hand getting the box into the room you want to expand in. Once you get the wrapping off the mattress inflates nicely, but they said to give either 48 hours before sleeping on to let the foam fully expand. The description says the mattress has coils, but they must be springy plastic as there is no way that they could roll and compress standard metal springs. Once inflated this is a very comfy and quiet mattress. Has good support, but still some softness to the pillow top. If you want a firm mattress this is not the one for you. Fits well in deep pocket sheets and stays in place under heavy movements without taking a lot of racket. Definitely good enough for any guest room, but I might be wary of a nightly bedroom in case it starts to sag,
