My 1.5 year old granddaughter loves it, but the one strap was ripped so we sewed it but within two days the other strap needed repaired

Haven't given the doll to the child yet but noticed that there is no hole in the lips to stick the pacifier or bottle in the doll. Both the pacifier and the bottle fall out when used as intended.
