Product does good at hatching but there is an alarm that goes off every 3 hours and is very annoying. Can’t figure out how to make it stop I tried to get help from company and they where no help. I would not recommend this product for the fact of the alarm.

Ok, so I bought this incubator thinking it was the one I bought a year ago just a little cheaper. Everything looked the same except this one has the brand name on the top....however, it is NOT the same! I DO NOT LIKE THIS ONE AT ALL! The other one I have used for a year and absolutely love it...this one...i have used it for a day and am already over it! The water reservoir just is not big enough! Not even 12 hours of putting my eggs in and I have had to refill! The other things different really isnt much that effects anything in my opinion...but the water res is! Just that alone makes it not worth it! That little orange tab pull area is where you can add more...but the bottom is much darker than my other so you cant even see when your close to the max fill and you end up over filling and have a hug mess. 🤦🏼♀️ go buy the other one that looks just like is for $30 more! Will provide picture of the one I like compared to this one. Old 1 i love is on left and the new one is on right.

It has been working great since I bought it in February 17th of 2026 & was able to hatch 3 healthy chick’s from it. But now for the last 4 day’s I have been having a issue with the egg turner not working properly & it beeping a lot now & blinking that the water & temperature is low which it isn’t. Because the water is filled up to the line & the thermometer shows the right temperature. The egg turner seems to be going much slower now & is not even turning the egg’s at all now.

We are currently incubating goose eggs, and since goose eggs take a while, we still have a few weeks to go before I can say anything about hatch results. We raise Cotton Patch geese, and since goslings of that breed can cost anywhere from roughly $35 on the low end to $100 on the high end, being able to hatch our own is a major cost savings for our farm. Our geese have successfully hatched eggs on their own before, but they are free range, and predator pressure means some years they have no success at all. Even when they do succeed, we have never had more than three goslings make it to maturity in a given year, so an incubator has the potential to make a real difference for us. What I can say so far is that the incubator gives a good first impression. Setup was easy, the controls are simple, and nothing about the unit feels confusing or poorly designed. It was straightforward to get it up and running. The unit maintains humidity through water that sits in a tray attached to the bottom of the incubator, which is a simple enough system and seems to be working well. From monitoring it so far, it appears to be keeping both humidity and temperature stable for the eggs, which is obviously the whole point. The incubator is made of plastic, but it feels sturdy enough in hand and not flimsy. At least from a build and usability standpoint, I do not have any complaints at this stage.

As a first time user of any type of incubator this is a great one. It even reminds you of when to check the eggs. It sounds a bit loud (just a little) when it’s at night only because the noises of the day has been quieted and everything is silent. But other than that you won’t even know it’s on. The light on this thing is great! It’s very bright.
