This square has so many great features. First it's the perfect size for squaring blades and fences on table saw, miter saws, planer jointers etc. Then it comes with a handy pin that stores in the square that allows you to easily and accurately mark many different angles. And my favorite feature is the bar that slides out so the square is supported at the front and back when drawing lines or checking measurements. It removes the frustration I feel when it seems I need a 3rd hand because the square slips down or slides of the edge of the board I'm marking. I'm still figuring this square out. I'm sure there are many uses I haven't thought of yet. This square saves me so much time fiddling with lesser tools!

Nice looking product and it has some neat features.....but......packaging was pretty basic, no padding of any kind the tool was just loosely placed in a cardboard box. Upon taking it out of the box, it was very easy to see the blade was bowed. In addition, the tool is not reading square. Off by about 1/32" over the length of the blade. May not seem like much but if you are going for precision, this is not the tool for you. Great for budget work that can tolerate minor inaccuracies.

I was hopeful with the positive reviews and rating. Hoping this to be a gem in the oasis of inexpensive squares. It is not even close. Out of square 1/16 at 2” mark or 3-17/32 ( depending what side you’re evaluating). End to end it’s near 1/4” off. Meaning it’s not only out of square, the rule isn’t machined parallel. Returning and putting the money where it should have been in the first place…on a precision square from a reputable company. Lesson learned.
