Looks nice, but hard to set up.

Decent with some work.

I really wanted to like this incubator, and in many ways I do. The build quality is high, the features are well thought out, and the unit looks great. However, there is one serious issue that holds it back: temperature stability. The temperature fluctuates by about 1 to 2 degrees Fahrenheit, which is too much for an incubator in this price range. After checking all possible causes, it appears the unit uses a digital temperature probe, which is generally better than an analog pop-style probe for fine control. The problem isn’t the probe - it’s the thin wall insulation. The walls lose heat quickly, and that seems to be the main cause of the temperature swing. Wrapping the unit in towels helps stabilize the temperature, but for the cost, that shouldn’t be necessary. Humidity, on the other hand, remains stable. The turning function works correctly, and the large water reservoir in the base means you won’t need to refill it often. The candling light on top is a useful added feature. One annoyance is the temperature alarm, which beeps frequently whenever the temperature deviates. There does not appear to be any way to adjust those alarm parameters. The unit has two egg levels, but the lower level sits very low. I would avoid using it for anything except small eggs such as quail or bantams. For larger eggs, only the top level is practical, which effectively cuts the unit’s capacity in half. Despite these issues, ease of access is excellent. Opening the interior is simple, and adding water through the tray without disturbing the eggs is very convenient. I also appreciate the 12 VDC input, which allows the incubator to run from a car battery during a power outage - a genuinely smart design choice. Overall, the quality and features are impressive, but the temperature stability needs refinement. In a highly competitive incubator market, this flaw keeps it from being outstanding.

We love this incubator so much I purchased another. Temp and Humidity stay perfect! Easy to use. Once you put eggs in and water you are done! Don’t have to open again until hatch! Very durable and worth every penny!

Easy to use. But the humming is annoying.

I recently picked up this incubator to handle a batch of 20 eggs, and for the price point, it’s a very capable little machine. It’s got some great features beginners • Built-in Candler: The included light is a huge plus. It makes it incredibly easy to check the progress of the embryos without needing extra equipment. • High Capacity: It comfortably fits up to 20 eggs (depending on size). • Great Value: For an incubator machine, the quality feels surprisingly sturdy. • The Constant Humming This machine isn't silent. It has a persistent humming sound that runs all day. My dogs bark at it all the time. • Alert Beeps: The humidity alarm is very persistent. If the levels dip, it will beep until you fix it. It’s a good safety feature to save your hatch, but it can be annoying. Halfway through the incubation period, I recommend doing a full check. You can feel that the eggs are warm to the touch (a good sign of life!), and using the built-in light will let you see exactly which ones are forming.

This is a nice incubator. It’s more roomie than others for the baby chicks Once they hatch. It has a candle light. It has a nice size water reservoir for the humidity level. It does any kind of eggs. There are two levels. It has the automatic egg Turner as well and the cover does latch down on four sides to prevent accidental exposure or removal
