Was a easy install. Sounds is great. I had no problem hooking my phone up to it. Hot spot (5ghz). I did change the mic out. But the fm channels I listen to come in great. The backup camera that came with was ok. Amazon (MY PHONE) was slow with uploading pictures.i like the maps also. Alot to mention. Not the most easiest to navigate in setting. The installation went well, and the radio works perfect. As a matter of fact, it fixed 2 issues I had with the truck. My reverse camera didn't work. And my hands free and the truck also didn't work when I took out the stock radio. Someone had spilled a drink or something on it. At some point I bought the truck used replaced it with this radio, and it fixed everything. Even the sound of the stereo is better.I couldn't be happier with my purchase

This radio works good on our older dodge, it came with all the cables and hardware needed to install it. Install took a couple of hours, instructions really helped, however, my husband has installed radios many times and has a good knowledge of how to. Looks good and it's functioning good up to now, screen is good quality and sounds good. it runs on android 15 & has 64gb. For the price, it's worth the upgrade and allows us to connect our phones with bluetooth and also gives us the backup camera which I really like.

I installed this stereo in a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500, and it has completely transformed the truck’s interior and technology. The factory radio was showing its age, and this upgrade added all the modern features I wanted while maintaining a clean factory-style appearance. The 9-inch QLED touchscreen is one of the first things that stands out. The display is bright, sharp, and easy to see in both daylight and nighttime driving. Colors are vibrant, maps are easy to read, and the touch response is quick and accurate. Wireless CarPlay connected in just a few minutes and automatically reconnects every time I start the truck. Having navigation, calls, messages, podcasts, and music available without plugging in my phone makes every drive more convenient. Android Auto support works just as well and provides a seamless experience for Android users. The Android 15 system feels fast and responsive. Menus load quickly, apps switch smoothly, and multitasking is easy. The split-screen feature is especially useful because I can keep navigation visible while controlling music or other functions at the same time. GPS navigation performs very well. The built-in GPS antenna provides reliable guidance, and connecting to a hotspot allows access to real-time traffic information, map updates, and additional apps. It gives the truck functionality similar to a much newer factory infotainment system. Bluetooth pairing was simple and has remained stable. Calls are clear, music streams without interruptions, and voice assistant functions work exactly as expected. Being able to use Siri or Google Assistant without touching the phone is a great feature for everyday driving. The included backup camera is another highlight. The image quality is clear, even in low-light conditions, and the screen automatically switches to the camera when reverse is selected. It provides added confidence when parking or maneuvering in tight spaces. I also appreciate that the steering wheel controls continue to function properly. Volume adjustments, track changes, and call controls can all be managed without taking my hands off the wheel. The DSP audio controls allow for extensive sound tuning, and I noticed a significant improvement in overall sound quality after adjusting the EQ settings to my preferences. FM radio reception has also been solid for local stations, traffic updates, and news. Overall, this stereo is an excellent upgrade for Dodge Ram 1500, 2500, and 3500 trucks from 2013-2018. The combination of wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, responsive QLED touchscreen, Android 15 performance, GPS navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, backup camera, split-screen capability, and enhanced audio controls makes the truck feel years newer and far more enjoyable to drive every day.
