The media could not be loaded. We got this just in the nick of time before the first heat wave for summer hits Washington there’s a lot of stuff to say about how easy this is to put together how well it works but I say it on the video so just watch the video but I would highly recommend this product very impressed and happy with it

Our in the wall air conditioner broke and it was unbearably hot. We ordered this unit with 12,000 BTUs after reading many reviews. It was ordered on Thursday and due to arrive the following Wednesday. To our surprise we got it on Saturday morning. Set it up in the bedroom and it cooled the room immediately. At night it's even freezing cold in the bedrrom. The living room and foyer area is much larger and it completely removes the humidity and cools the room down just not freezing cold like when it's in the bedroom. it has wheels so we can move it from room to room until we fix our in the wall unit. I would definitely recommend it and may buy another for the second bedroom. Update: this unit was purchased in August 2022. It was used for a month or so and then put away as we live in New York and it cools off shortly after summer. We set the unit back in the window in June 2023 and it no longer cool the room. The compressor kicks on but it won't blow cold air. The filters were cleaned and water was pretty much empty as it hasn't been used all winter. I reached out to the seller as it was supposed to have a 1 year warranty but there was no response as the seller no longer sells this product. I reached out to Amazon customer service but they said as long as I received the correct product and it worked when I got it there's nothing they can do. So the warranty on any product on Amazon means absolutely nothing. If the seller doesn't honor it then Amazon will not stand behind the warranty they had listed on the product. The lesson learned is to never buy a product believing you have a warranty if it fails within the stated warranty period !!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY !!!!
