I purchased this portable AC for my office after the wall-mounted AC stopped working. This unit is perfect for a medium-sized room and cools the space surprisingly fast. Assembly took less than 30 minutes, and since I have a standard-sized window, installation was straightforward. I didn’t have to cut or modify any of the window kit components. There are also plenty of helpful installation videos available online if needed. I use it almost all day, especially on very hot days when temperatures reach 90–95°F, and it performs well. It comes with both a remote control and a mobile app. I especially like the app because it makes controlling the unit very convenient and user-friendly. Two things some buyers may be concerned about are the exhaust hose and the noise level. For me, the exhaust hose is hidden behind the curtains, so it’s barely noticeable. As for the noise, it produces a consistent white noise similar to most other AC units. I don’t find it bothersome at all. ... show more

Fantastic unit! My central HVAC unit is toast, and I bought this to limp me through the summer unit I can replace the entire system. I planned on moving the air conditioner from living room to bedroom as I need it. I have not had to move it from my living room, and my entire 2200 sq foot house is comfortable. I have an open concept ranch, so different home layouts may have different results. The unit runs quiet and setup was very easy. Worth every penny I paid for it, my summer will not be miserable. This portable ac is the best one I have tried so far. It cools well and is quiet. The continuous drainage requires you to elevate the unit well above the drain or it will back up. The thing is very heavy and hard to lift. One problem with these pre-charged units is they need to sit for 24 hours before being started or the compressor will continuously shut down. It works great for my living room and keeps the whole room cold even when it's over 90 degrees outside. It is a little loud, but it doesn't bother me that much. It was super easy to set up. And it was a great price for how great it works and how great the performance is. And I love that I can either use the remote it comes with, or the app that you can download that you can control it with. You can also control it with Alexa. Received a Frigidaire dehumidifier in the box. It looked nice and still had the tape on it. Unfortunately I had to return because it wasn't what I needed. Once the correct replacement shows up, I'll update this review and give the actual product a fair and honest shakedown.

Have been running this for the past couple of days. It's extremely easy to setup on the app, Alexa, and the physical setup was a breeze if you try to ignore the lack of a good manual. The noise level of the fans is much more quiet than the hurrican fan I used before, while the compressor makes a bit of noise but it runs at a reasonable noise level. Temperature control is amazing. I use Alexa to set it from anywhere away from the system. And it cools my room in a matter of moments. The exhaust hose looks a bit tacky running from the window but if you're creative with some houseplants you could definitely hide it more. Fantastic customer service! Our unit arrived a couple of days before the hottest heatwave of the year thus far. Upon opening the the packaging, we noticed it had appeared to be double packaged, presumably from the carrier after dropping or damaging the original box. Upon inspection, the unit was indeed damaged inside, but functional. Since it was operable and we needed it for the heat wave we reached out to the seller to check our options. Our representative, Lily was lightning fast with responses! We explained the situation, and were offered a generous solution promptly. 100% would order from this company again, solely based on their customer support.
