Directions are straight forward, you do not have to be a rocket scientist. We have had some good winds and so far so good, it remains structurally sound. I especially appreciate that the space under gazebo is unobstructed, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire square footage. The vertical structurally poles are great, as we are able to see the field as we sit and drink coffee without a corner of gazebo filled with metal. This also allows for easy entrance in and out of gazebo. The fabric seems to be of good quality, as expected. We had a gazebo fan and easily placed it on this. There is the ability to add curtains on all four sides. This is a bonus and you have the option of buying any type curtains you wish and place them on the sides you wish. As we have curtains on two sides only. The color rather blends into the environment it is in and does not stand out, which I appreciate. It’s a good deal, giving you good space creating shade under the sun.

I was not expecting this canopy to be as sturdy and attractive as it is. I figured, based on the price, that it would be flimsy and unattractive, and that I'd have to return it but I was so wrong. It's a great size, relatively easy to put together, and does what it's supposed to do. The only problem was it came with the wrong size screws and the only way to get a replacement was to process a refund and get an entire new canopy, so Amazon gave me a credit instead and I bought the right size screws. They arrived two days later - for the price, it was a very small inconvenience.

This relatively inexpensive gazebo exceeded my expectations! Well designed, easy assembly, good finish and paint. I’ve had more expensive ones, but this one, for the money is a great value in my opinion. It may not be as sturdy / robust as the more expensive gazebos, but the value speaks volumes. H

Initially I wasn't happy because they sent the wrong item. They exchange went well and we had it 6 days later. It was easy to set up with 2 people. Half the items were clearly marked and you could tell which other pieces matched( I prefer less stickers) It took about 2.5 hours. It looks very nice and I like the domed top because during a storm the water ran right off.. We screwed ours down to the deck. Recommended if you get high winds! I love that there is a hook to hang a lantern. Seems well made and the price was great compared to many others. Would recommend.

I am impressed by the quality and sturdiness of this gazebo. Everything fit together pretty easily, and it only took about an hour and a half for my friend and I to put it together. The instructions are good enough, but they could be better. Other reviews are correct about getting the canvas on-it was easy until the last 2 sections. To me, that is to be expected when you want it to look nice and tight. I love the mosquito netting, and it seems to work pretty good. I have noticed a few mosquitos inside when I have everything zipped up, but they are called pests for a reason. Everything works like it should... The zippers on the netting are smooth, the shower curtain style system works well, the elastic pole straps on the netting are quality, and, my favorite feature, the sand bags give me a sense of safety that this won't go flying around my back yard. I bought 2 bags of sand from the home improvement store and they filled the 4 sand bags perfectly. I will have to update this review after the hot and humid summer, but for now I am enjoying the cool shade and I'm looking forward to spending more time in my back yard.

I was initially pleased by the gazebo so much so that I ordered a 2nd one. It was easy to assemble and seemed heavy and sturdy. I also ordered sandbags but didn’t get a chance to attach them yet when the first rainy, windy day came in TX. Nothing crazy but it was definitely windy. Unfortunately the gazebo tumbled, took off and landed in the neighborhood and broke beyond repair. Because the 2nd gazebo I ordered wasn’t even unpacked yet, I returned it. I don’t blame the manufacturer. I guess these gazebos need to be secured well otherwise they can take off like a kite. They’re not easy to disassemble with each storm. I was hoping that this one may be something of an “in between”, between the heavy duty hardtop metal gazebos and the more portable ones. Lesson learned, I understand now that I need to shop for the heavy duty ones that attach to the ground and that there’s no real in between if I don’t want to worry each time the wind blows. Update: I will say that after my review they offered me a refund for the broken gazebo if I ship it back or just a free replacement. However, I threw away the broken one already and have nothing to return and I just don’t need a free replacement. So their customer service is good even though neither option worked for me.
