Once we got it up, it worked great. It just has a bunch of parts that are closely fitted .The top has two different pieces that work together. The space between the parts let’s wind spill through, making the gazebo pretty stable in a breeze. We had quite a bit of wind, so we used the included stakes and guy ropes. I set this up by myself over our hot tub about one month ago and it’s been great so far. I live in Utah and our spring weather has provided strong winds snow and rain storms and I’ve had no problems at all. Very happy with the purchase! I’ve read some other reviews that talk about it flying away in the wind, and that would be expected if you did not stake it down well. I received the tent on the 9th of August. Put it up that day. About 2 weeks later, a storm came thru. Unfortunately, I was at work and couldn't keep an eye on the tent. The legs were weighed down so I didn't have a problem with the tent flying away, but the upper criss cross part of the frame bent so had that even the screws were bent. Never seen a screw get bent. So now there is sagging in the back part of the tent that allows a puddle to form on the top when it rains. I liked the idea if the tent in my deck to protect from bugs, birds, etc. Eventhough weather is unpredictable now, I still hoped it would have lasted longer than 2 weeks. ... show more

The metal is very flimsy , put this up 4 screws were missing took it down the next time putting it back up it would expand after looking 5 different screws came out not manufactured well at all
