The media could not be loaded. We have a one bedroom small apartment this sectional is perfect for that. I am approximately 5 foot and have a disability. This is easy to sit on and get up from sleep comfortably for myself and out of town guest. The fabric is nice. Shorter than I expected but it works for my family. I wouldn't say the seats are big people friendly but it holds! The pullout bed is way softer than expected. The bed is big people friendly and very sturdy to sleep on. We love it.

I have three autistic children and with all the sitting and getting up one of them does, three of the couch cushions have gotten flat which has caused them to go into the couch. I have only had it maybe a few months but the pull out bed is very comfortable and the material is really nice ... show more

I have been nervous to purchase a sofa online after previous experience a few years ago was less than enjoyable. I finally gave in as that sofa had outlived it's lifespan and was sitting on 4 Lego legs. I found this L-Shape Sofa after what felt like years of searching for a sectional that housed an actual pull out bed not just a fold out cushion. Shipping was fast and the packages contained ALL the required parts. I found in reviews of other similar products that often assembly items were missing and I was relieved to not have that experience with this product and seller. The sofa overall assembled quite easily and the instructions were easy to understand and clearly labeled and explained the required steps and needed materials. I did reach out to the seller as I found that one side did not line up BUT soon found that I was attaching the wrong endpiece. The seller was very responsive and got back to me very quickly to satisfy my concerns and helped rectify the issue without making me feel stupid. The cushions are thick and sturdy and each fluffed up quickly and regained full expansion within the 72 recommended hours. The undersides have hook and loop tape that holds them in place keeping them from sliding out from under you. I like that the back cushions are able to be moved around. The fold-out mattress is exactly what you would expect with any typical fold-out mattress. Unlike many of the models found today, the fold-out is an actual mattress not just a separate cushion that folds out. My previous sofa had that option and there was always the hard wood frame dividing the two sections that made it impossible to get comfortable. This does not have this issue and is very cozy. The mattress is somewhere between a twin and a full maybe a double but kind of in the middle. I used a full sized sheet and zippered mattress protector and there was room but they fit securely. It has so far held-up to kids and pets and sleepovers and movie nights and we're only a week or so in but I am happily surprised and impressed and even the few spills that we've had cleaned up easily. ... show more
