The couch came fast and after about 36 hours, it was fully expanded. It’s very comfortable and there is plenty of room for myself, my kid and all the pets. They are easy to move around if you want them moved but the anti slip bottoms keep it where I left it last. This is a low couch so I would not recommend to the elderly or people that have a hard time getting up. I love It. The pillows that come with it are also really nice! Overall I’m happy with my buy. Nice color it fluff almost instantly is comfy and is a good size my only critic would be height wise is a bit to low and I’m 5’4 but other than that looks good.

Couch is super comfortable but one side is not expanding so it is slanted. Only thing the seller will do is have you return the product to get a refund but there is no way to pack this back up and send in a box. I wish they would just send out the part of the product that I need.

Since there is no way for me to put this sofa back into the box and return it, I'm stuck with it. The sofa is waaaay too low to the ground! It feels like I'm sitting on the floor, with no back support whatsoever. I let the sofa rise for 72 hours, and it is the perfect height for my three-year-old niece. I absolutely hate it, but I can't return it, and I'm sure the seller knows that and has agreed to let me return it. But that's the Catch 22, I can't put a sofa in a box! Do NOT buy this couch if you are over 5'1. The picture misrepresents what this sofa actually looks like. It needs legs and those big back pillows to make it a reasonable height and comfortable. I had to sit straight up. I felt like I was at one of those restaurants where everyone sits cross-legged on the floor, eating around a table. The best thing about the couch is the ottoman, which, by the way, is taller than the actual couch. Worst purchase I've made on Amazon! And one side didn't even rise to the same height as the other sections. Ugh. ... show more

My favorite couch I’ve ever bought. Size was exactly what was stated. This couch is larger than most of the other boneless couches I’ve seen and this was perfect! It fits myself, my 2 kids and my husband (who is 6’2”), perfectly, with room to spare when guests come.
