    • Amazing customer service- very big and comfy couch.
Color: White Size: L-Shaped 5 Seater+1 Ottoman
Review Image by lexy
1 of the pieces wasn’t inflating properly. Reached out to customer service- they immediately sent me a new one no questions asked. They were so easy to work with. BUT, they accidentally sent it to my other address (my old one which was 18+hours from where I live now). They sent me $30 for the inconvenience. When I tried to get it shipped from my old address- it was over $200 to ship it to my current one! So I reached out again explaining I was upset not that it’s their fault but now I am paying $200 for a replacement piece. They then offered to create the shipping label (pay the $200) to deliver it to my new one. Seriously, great customer service. And the couch itself is VERY large and comfortable. It is short, as expected. It blew up to size almost immediately. All pieces came at arrival. The one thing is it does shed (also, as expected) when you first open it. After awhile it will stop, or if you just vacuum over it once it gets all the shedding away. I feel like the customer service in and of itself really blew me away with their kindness and priority to make their customers satisfied. I would recommend! ... show more
