Ordered for quick delivery to new apartment. The couch is soft and comfortable and a great material. Love the off-white color. It’s a good size for a small apartment while giving enough space for visitors. The only thing I wish it had was something to hold each section together. Sturdy, well-built couch feels and looks luxurious. It is very comfortable. Shortly after ordering, the company sent a message on what to expect for delivery of this item. It seemed like it would be a large, heavy order but it was easy to manage bringing the boxes inside and assembling the pieces. The four boxes arrived during the first couple of days of the given delivery range dates. It was simple to put together for one person. Lots of extra labeled screws, washers, tools, and a clear direction booklet were provided in each box. Even furniture pads are provided to put on the sofa feet! Hopefully, the next version will include washable cushion covers? The couch has a quality frame, well-stuffed cushions, and is made of warm, extra soft corduroy/velour material. I look forward to this durable couch holding up for a long time of everyday, practical use and looking fabulous in the space. ... show more

Love this couch! Very comfortable and sturdy. Did not take long to assemble and only one person needed. Cut the time in half if you have a drill. Color exactly as pictured. The back of the couch is lower compared to some couches but I don’t mind. If you’re tall, this may be an issue, I’ve banged my head on my wall a couple times. The media could not be loaded. The couch came in 4 boxes which arrived within a week of ordering. I was able to put it together by myself. Easy assembly. I ended up having to put more stuffing (not supplied) in the back cushions since they were kind of flat. It looks great in my living room and is pretty long. I got the one with 3 modular pieces and the foot rest piece. I got this one when looking for a dupe of the cloud couch on TikTok. As far as comfort goes, I give it a 6.5/10. For the price, it’s a great option, but I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a “cloud couch”. ... show more

I really liked how big it was and the cushions fluffed up really nicely, the material is very soft and a nice beige color, assembling it was very quick and easy the instructions were very clear. The boxes were packaged nicely and nothing was defective.
