Love the color, not a fan of the back cushion very light weight definitely needs more stuffing, bottom cushions are prefect, storage ottoman are great. Couch moves very consistently need to buy leg grips to stay in place , low couch . Its comes with two options of legs either 2 or 4 inches I chose 4 inches , mine was missing a hardware set had to contact the company to send me a set so I haven’t been able to finish putting together the couch, definitely a good buy for something fancy and elegant at a affordable cost ... show more

I bought this couch and upon taking it out of the box, I noticed there’s pen marks and stains all over it. Then after putting it together, most of the parts don’t even fit in the right slots. The backs of the sofa aren’t properly on because the brackets are uneven so if it’s in on the left side, the right side doesn’t go in and visa versa. Guess prior purchasers got a properly manufactured sofa. I, unfortunately, did not! Everything was going fine until I went to put the side arms on. The slots that the side arm brackets are supposed to slide into the bases are so offset from each other that there’s no way they’ll go in. I tried all the slots on both bases and none worked as the alignment is off badly on both. I can’t return the sofa as it’s the only one I have now and I can’t in any event because how do you put seat cushions and pillows that were vacuum sealed back in the same boxes. No way. I’m a dissatisfied customer at this point. I e-mailed the company via the e-mail address on their support section. They kept getting returned as mailer-daemon. I had to contact Amazon directly and explain the situation so they are sending a replacement. I’ll update this review after I’ve received it and hopefully the pieces fit the way they’re supposed to. UPDATE: Received a replacement sofa from Amazon and it what worse than the first one. I couldn’t even locate/see the holes where you screw in the brackets on the sidearms. Both were labeled as “R”, just ridiculous. And of course, they were misaligned with the bases. That’s twice now. Only good thing I can say in this review is that Amazon has been very understanding and accommodating in taking both of them back. They’ve arranged a bulk pickup at my home since there’s no way I can put everything back in the boxes. I’ll get refunded once they receive them. ... show more

I really like the look of this couch. The warm white color feels fresh and cozy, and the deep seats give it that soft, sink-in kind of feel that makes you immediately want to park yourself there for the rest of the day. It has that modern cloud-couch look. I also appreciate that it still feels practical for a smaller living room since it gives you that oversized, comfy style without being completely enormous. We moved not long ago into a very small home, and sold our big couch before moving. I saw this 79" sectional at a great price, and ordered. Wow! I am impressed. This is a lovely sectional couch, sturdy, durable, and very well made. The fabric is high quality, the stitching and edges are excellent done. The linen is easy to spot clean, and the frame is made of high quality wood and metal--everything feels very stable, and is very comfortable. It offers excellent support. The assembly was not difficult, the size is perfect for our smaller home, and the couch is extremely comfortable. We are delighted, and recommend it without hesitation.
