It is firm, but definitely not hard as a rock like other comments say. I enjoy the amount of firmness it has. I feel secure when sitting and laying, and still very comfy, spacious. The ease of set up brought this full circle. It’s perfect! They did arrive on separate days, but I messaged the seller to ask for both of the tracking numbers and they quickly sent the info. Delivery was so smooth and easy! We got 4 large boxes with each section of the sectional. The only assembly we needed to do was to screw in the legsattach each section together and attach the head rests. All took less then 30 mins once all pieces were out of their boxes. The cushions are thick! The fabric is comfy and it is a bit firm, but I believe it'll soften up after it gets worn in. The pull out section is super easy to pull out and push back in as well! This sofa is inviting, spacious, and, did I mention, comfortable.There were a few hiccups with delivery and some initial damage, but the seller addressed those issues and made things right. When it was delivered, it came in 6 HUGE boxes. It was incredibly easy to put together!!! The sectional is so so soft!! It has 6 very large pillow top cushions that feels like your on clouds!! So freaking heavy, and hard to move while packaged. I’m very happy with my couch purchase. It meets all of my expectations for a functional, comfortable, and space conscious couch. The shade camel is more of a greyige but it’s still brown/neutral enough to work if that’s what you’re going for. Comes with Velcro attachments in case you want to stick them together, but I haven’t noticed much sliding or movement when getting up or down or around. The couch is firm which I like because I don’t like to sink into any couch. I know there were alot of complaints about the assembly and the latching of the screws.
