    • Backing is shorter than anticipated
Couch came in 3 boxes, all cushions are vacuum sealed and most were stuff inside the arms. The instructions were a bit confusing at first since there are not verbal instructions, just pictures. It tells you which parts are which by labeling them as letters, but the parts themselves had no letter on them to tell which part is which. After figuring out the parts, it's really easy to set use. It doesn't feel like a couch you could just flop on and not worry it could break. The backing was definitely lower than I expected, I'm 5'1 and it barley goes to my middle back. The cushions themselves are firm, but that's comfortable to me, so I don't mind them. I assumed the ottoman would be the simplest to put together, but the holes weren't lined up to put on one of the legs on it, there was some other metals interfering, I had to strip down the metal and eventually just hammer the leg in for it to work, it's sturdy now. So I give it 3 stars, definitely not what I expected, but still comfortable. Also the material is not a "soft" like feel it's more like an outdoor pillow kind of feel. ... show more

Wrong directions, and really cheap couch. Pillows are so small and low to your middle back. Holes for screw were wrong. I'm not satisfied. Only reason I'm leaving a review if for the gift card.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely couches, comfortable material, nice color combination. They came in 3 separate boxes with simple instructions. Cushion inflated as soon as I opened them. Definitely a good couch to have.
