I did hours of research trying to find the best cloud comfy couch for a reasonable price. I had purchased my last couch online and was really unhappy with it, so I didn’t want that to happen again. This one didn’t have a lot of reviews, so I was nervous, but I am soooooooo happy with my decision!! First of all, it’s extra deep, which adds so much to the comfy factor. The back pillows aren’t as fluffy, but that’s okay because the depth and comfort of the seating cushions more than make up for it. Second, it was incredibly easy to put together. Seriously, I did it all by myself and it took less than 45 minutes total, and that includes clean up. Finally, the material is much higher quality than I expected. I scotch guarded everything, but it honestly didn’t seem like it needed it. The only thing I find a bit useless are the pillows that come with, but honestly planned on adding my own pillows anyway. Firstly this isn’t modular. It’s a full size couch with an ottoman that does not connect or adhere to the base couch at all, and the base couch screws into place you cannot change the layout at all. However I did manage to get it together by myself in a few hours and it’s very pretty. Perfect color green and pretty comfortable. Multiple guests have slept on it and all said it was comfortable. There are things about it I dislike, like the cushions being slightly too small and needed to stuff some thick foam on the ends to keep the three seat cushions together and avoid having noticeable gapping in between them. So personally I think it’s overpriced at $799. But if you get it on sale and don’t spend more than $600 you’d be getting a good deal for a new couch. Otherwise I would not buy again. ... show more

This couch is not comfortable like everyone claims. Our cushions did not puff up at all, especially the back ones. The couch is hard to sit on and while it is deep, the back cushion does not fluff so it feels like you are sitting against wood. It was easy to put together but I don’t even want to sit on it. It’s hard and you cannot lounge on it. I’m keeping it because it’s a nightmare to try and return. I’m so disappointed and do not believe the other reviews. It’s also very low to the ground. -1000/10 do NOT buy! ... show more

    • Thin cushions and poor customer service

The cushions that you lean back on for this couch are extremely thin and one had a broken zipper and it is unable to open so I won’t be able to wash it or try to add some stuffing to make it thicker. I emailed them about it but didn’t get any help. I ended up buying some additional pillows to make it more comfortable. Also there is a reason they don’t have any pictures of the back of the couch. It’s ugly. The back of the couch that the cushions lean against is just a metal bar that has some fabric over it and is only about an inch thick. For the price it’s fine but, if you can afford it, I’d recommend getting something a little better. ... show more
