I bought three of these and only one worked. I had to return two. The one that works only warms the water and quickly goes to "E1" an error message indicating possible overheating before the unit fails. The engineering concept is good. Performance, subpar.

This is a very simple device/gadget/system that is easy to operate, but make sure to read the instructions. You need to make sure your outlet/circuit can handle the demand of the unit or else risk tripping the circuit. I even tried this with an adapter and hooked it up to a garden hose to fill a small pool for the kids in the spring so the water wouldn’t be freezing to begin with and everyone was happy. It’s lightweight, and if desired, easily portable. The indicator/display is easy to see and can be switched between °C and °F.

Useless doesn’t get hot, but when it does get warm it trips the the 20 amp breaker we’re just a trickle of water. Don’t buy this junk.

Does not work properly. Continuously pops the breaker. Does not heat water beyond a minute. Don't waste your money. Bought 2. Both faulty.

Can't use this with my home because it's older. 2006. Also draw on electricity would probably pop a breaker. Of course return window closed yesterday. My bad. This is not as easy as it looks to install. We would have had to make some major changes. Not worth it.

This item does not work as advertised Buyer beware absolute waste of time. After it professionally installed this water heater won’t even make room temperature water the owners manual included is very vague.
