The ease of installation, but it does not have a templet for the point of use heater. Simple to set up and the remote makes it easier to adjust the temperature versus getting into the back of the cabinet to adjust it.

So I have a larger "tankless" hot water heater in my garage and it takes to space under my sink. I saw this smaller one and instantly asked to review it. I should have read the specs first . So I got this and figured it would be easy to install. Well the plug wasn't terminated so I had to get one to use it. Should have read the ad....get it plugged up, power but no hot water. So I went back and read the ad. It's for 220v. That's my problem. So I searched Amazon for a 120v to 220v converter, and ordered one. Another mistake. Read the ad. So this heater will pull 6000watts and needs a 40amp circuit. Neither is what my converter, 4000w , or my outlet's 15amps can handle. Long story short. This heats up water quickly. Then my fuse trips, or the converter trips. But this is a very compact and easy to install "tankless" heater . And the price is right. Just make sure you have a 220v line for it with the correct amperage. I wish I knew. Because I like the way it sits and works almost immediately. ... show more
