I wanted to write a positive review because the product came quickly it was packaged fine and appeared to be good. But I was surprised there was no plug it expects to be hardwired and the power requirements were more than I expected. Amazon is making it very hard to search for specific items because regardless of how many times I put limitations in the search it seems to promote/push products that actually don't satisfy the search. Fundamentally the power requirements were just wrong from what I was searching and it's really irritating. Also note that the AI assistant is really really awful and was recommending things that had nothing to do with my requirements. I'm not sure what's going wrong with Amazon but things have gotten much worse in the last year or so.

It took forever to get hot water to our kitchen sink. Causing issues with our dishwasher and wasting water. This little gem fixed everything! My husband had no issues installing it himself.

Totally shocked! I usually would never write a review, but just had to on this little heater. I have space limitations for a water heater and usually go for the Bosch... but last Bosch only lasted 20months...not good. Decided to try this very inexpensive heater and am COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY by its operation and style. First of all you can mount on wall with supplied hardware, but what I thought was cool were the 4 rubber feet! You can put this on tile floor perfectly. Second is the round temperature know and digital display...very nice quality here, and beware, don't turn all the way up thinking it won't get hot...I almost had 3rd degree burns...put it on 50%...plenty hot!! I can't say how nice this unit is, especially with a switch to turnoff when not needed. The inlet/outlet is not copper, but buy some stainless steel hoses and it goes together like a dream. I'm here to buy a second one, just so I have a spare, but sold out! Wonder why under $100... terrific deal IMO. I HIGHLY Recommend this little unit. Have had for only 4 months, but she acts like a boss!!

I wasn't sure this little tankless water heater would do the job of keeping my shower water hot, but it does! This water heater keeps the hot water flowing in my shower nicely. I like taking long hot showers and this makes that possible. Would recommend.

Works great, but the size is wrong in the listing. It is larger than listed. Fortunately, it just fit in the space I had for it. A bit difficult to find the right fittings in the US since the connections are English BSP thread. Don't bother going to the home improvement stores - go to Amazon. For performance I give it five stars, but for the other issues I downgraded it to four.

My shower is fine in the summer when I'm not cranking the heat in there but the winter is another story. Between wanting it hotter and the traditional water heater being in a chilly basement the hot runs out much faster. This is now dedicated to my shower only and I could be in there all day pumping steam out the exhaust fan if I wanted to! I love having no limit after working outside int he cold all day and this made it a reality. I can't say how it would fair with more plumbed into it but I have no reason to doubt it could handle it. This is making winter much more comfortable for me.
