This product does not blow out any cold air even when adding cold water and the ice packets that were provided. I threw away the box to it and if I went and purchased a box to return it then it would cost me about half the price of the product and the policy reads that you could get 0-full refund depending on how the product is returned which could get damaged along the way and you could end up with nothing back so it’s now just stored in my storage. ... show more

I just got this yesterday. Set it up last night put the little bottles in the freezer to use it today. I’m literally not hot in this 100 degree weather! I finally got a decent night sleep with this cooler bringing my room temperature down ! It works wonderful! Super easy set up. They have videos on here how to set it up too. if you’re not sure. I’m extremely happy with this purchase! let’s just hope it continues to work, but I opened it up and started using it right away.     • Good bit there’s a catch
This is a fairly good unit. Fan blows hard, remote works great but if you want cold air, you need to feed this beast. The little ice blocks they send with it don’t last more than a few minutes. For me, adding ice cubes worked the best but I found that they melt so fast. I needed to add cups fulls of ice every few minutes. Doing this lowered the temperature in my room but my ice maker couldn’t keep up with how much I used it throughout the afternoon. ... show more

There was no user's guide, parts list or assembly instructions included. A small foldout said to attach some rotary wheel, but none was to be found and it was completely unclear as to where it might have been attached. I went to "help" for first time set-up, and it described attaching window hardware and hoses that must have been referring to another model, as this was a stand alone unit. ... show more

I waited to write this review awhile. This cooler air/conditioner I purchased for my bedroom and I fill it up about every 6-8 hours. It keeps my room cool enough to sleep; it has good settings and carried us through really hot weather * with 2 fans* in the room. If it holds up and doesn't leak I'd purchase another bur for my living room which is a larger room of course. I recommend this cooler. The price could come down a tad though. ... show more

I love the little cooler so much! My office air conditioning went out and this is the ticket! I was skeptical at first but the design is 100% effective at cooling the room off to a tolerable temperature! I would HIGHLY recommend buying this if you are looking for a cheap fix that is by far a "cheapo" I am considering buying another one for the guest room at my house! This product should not be allowed to he listed under anything remotely associated with portable A/C. This product is a fan that requires water. If you are looking for a fan… it functions fine as such. As far as cooling anything… false advertisement. The dinky little water/ice container arent larger enough to remotely cool anything.     • Better than a fan, not quite an air conditioner
I purchase this so I could avoid using my air conditioner while working from home. We have a pretty large home that costs a LOT to cool with the AC and most of the time I'm sitting at my desk working and really don't need the whole house to be cool. This is a great solution. It comes with two small ice packs that go into the top of the unit that are aimed at creating the cooling effect when the "cooling" setting is on. In the week I have been using it, I really can't tell the difference between when the cooling effect is on and when it's in fan mode. Irregardless, with the ice packs in the unit, it cools me down enough that I'm comfortable without the AC on. My son has taken to moving it to his room at night (it's not heavy) so that he can get a better night's sleep and he reports that it is quite helpful. ... show more
