I was skeptical of this track's quality when I saw the price. I am very picky about tools but this rail and connector set is of excellent quality. It is hard to describe my feelings on Festool as a brand but they make excellent tools which I am usually ashamed to pay for so this set was well worth the price.

My TS 55 REQ fits on this track perfectly. My festool clamps also slide easily in the groove below the track and work well. My only negatives—if worth calling out—are: 1) the sacrificial guide plastic came wrapped around the boxes the two tracks came in and it created kinks which had to be heat gun treated when applying to the track during applying with adhesive, and 2) when I cut the guide it melted as it cut. I think the edge is still true and square but the cut isn’t clean. You can see the edge of the plastic in the pic. Also note the pile of exhaust from the saw. My blade is clean and newly sharpened. The plastic melts as it’s cut! My original Festool track didn’t do that. But for the price these look perfectly functional.

Well this works if you’re needing something just to get by but definitely not festool quality 😉 and wasn’t expecting that. The item was delivered very fast and no damage splinter guard went on perfectly fine and stayed intact. If you’re after dead straight square cuts better get the festool product this one is made in china so that’s that. I would not buy again if I have known this was from china I wouldn’t have bought it. I’m going back to festool guide rails what can I say I’m very much a perfectionist and that’s that I hope this helps someone else.

I received these yesterday, same quality as the 55” saw tracks well packaged no damage 2 tracks and enough splinter guard to install on each track, as I said in the review of the 55” track they are identical to OEM track gauge and width of the guide rail. I paired it with a Festool track and it was perfect. I also inserted track clamps, a Festool and a import, both fit perfectly also note in the other picture the connecting bar with one of the “set” or lock screw partial screwed out showing the larger bearing head nice add increased bite in the track but also eliminates loosening the screw to far. Also notice the clamp inserted into the oblong hole in the track possibly an additional means of clamping, haven’t figured out a use for that yet. Good tracks and they use Festool green. Great I forgot to add the length of the shorter tracks and listed as 32” but the actual length is 800 mm Just Like Festool which is 31 1/2”, it’s not a problem they just rounded up the number. The 55” tracks are actually 1400 mm in length which is 55 1/8” FYI

These are cheap knock off tracks. They do not include the tear out strip and mine was warped and not straight
