The media could not be loaded. Does absolutely great on the mountain trails. Full throttle was too much for my son but with the governor screw set to 1/4 throttle it still does 15mph. This machine has absolutely blown my mind on how well it runs and performs. Muddy trails, rocky trails, or open field this little 4 wheeler will go. Easy to put together too. Love this!! I do not usually do reviews but I do read them before I purchase. This is a great 4wheeler!! My son is 5/6 year old. I added A picture so you can see the size of it. It’s tough looking too!! He was so excited! He will be able to grow into it. I originally ordered the red but they were out so black was our backup color. I am Really happy the red was out of stock. We love the black.....AND I must add that I had a few calls with the company’s customer service staff(due to the holidays and the backup color). They were great!!!!!!!!! And so was the customer service staff with the shipping company!!! I’m 💯 happy with the whole process and the product! I hope This helps you! :) ... show more

    • Customer service stinks!
I bought this for my 9yr old son. Had it 2 weeks and the starter chain broke and messed up the starter so I called smart deal who I bought it from and they informed me that I needed to take it apart or pay someone to take it apart to find out what was wrong! They do NOT cover labor under the warranty even if you only had it 2 weeks! Took it apart found the problem and now NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR WILL CALL ME BACK FROM SMART DEAL!! I’ve called all hours of the day for over a week and left msgs and I still have not heard anything! Stinks for my son! Don’t buy it! ... show more

Easy to put together. Started right up out of the box. Tires could be a size or 2 larger because of how easy it is to roll and the thumb throttle just feels weird compared to name brand quads but all in all I can't complain about it. Actually quite surprised me that I didn't have to adjust the carb or anything to get it running. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Purchased for my sons fifth birthday. It’s perfect. It’s fast and powerful. A little too much at first. Assembly would be tricky for the average person. Instructions are worthless. If you’re handy it’s no problem. The choke is hard to find, and at first the carb needed a little adjustment. The battery worked and didn’t need to be charged. But because of the carb adjustment it was stalling. I bumped up the idle and it runs really good. I assume anybody who purchases an atv knows how to use a choke, warm up procedure, idle adjustment, fuel stabilizer, changing oil, and basic wrenching. If not you should find something more simple, or electric, or expensive. ... show more

This ATV is Awesome, My Son Loves it, the Only issue I had which wasn't from the ATV itself but from the the Carrier but at the end I got an Awesome ATV for my Son, this is the most money I have ever spent on Amazon, and I'm here to tell you Amazon and Smart Deals Now rock, I would refer Other people to them on here !!, Update, Smart deals now made the delay worth it by sending a Free helmet and goggles and gloves for my Son, I Would recommend the seller to anyone, Thanks Sara for Everything !! ... show more

this atv has been sitting up for about 2 months. I cannot figure out why it won't crank. I bought 2 of these and they're both doing the same thing. Very disappointed.
