Very disappointed in this.. the actual cusion you sit on is great. But the back cushions are flat and slide behind the bottom cushion all the time. The frame is super thin and very uncomfortable. I would of returned if it wasn't such a hassle to get it all back in the boxes!

I waited too long to return, wish I would have done this before the window closed. The screws provided are not long enough. So pieces are not secure. The metal brackets that connect the pieces together are broken so they don’t stay together. The back rests just slide into the base and when you’re sitting or relaxing backwards the back pieces push outward and sound like they’re breaking. The side cushions zip together and the left side zipper came broken so it doesn’t stay where it should be. The seats themselves are comfortable just not the backs.

The couch looks nice , I was skeptical when buying it . It’s not comfortable and the pillows on the back were very poorly stuffed (I fixed it with some extra fill I purchased . ) the back of the couch is also very low and if you lean against it they have a tendency to come off track . Delivery was very prompt and all 3 boxes came together . Luckily I am getting another furniture set cause this one is just getting me by.
