This couch is so comfortable. It feels like the entire thing is a pillow. It’s firm enough to withstand normal use without slouching or sagging. The fabric is plush and warm. I was worried that the sections would shift around when I purchased it, but that hasn’t been a problem so far. You will sink into the seam between both sections if you move around too much, though. The best part was the assembly. All we had to do was open the box, unwrap the plastic, and then it was ready to go after it settled completely! It’s fairly low to the ground, so beware if that’s not a look that you’re into. I think it fits in my space nicely. The color is lovely, too. I have stage 4 osteoarthritis and this couch causes no pain. I also have fibromyalgia and am extremely sensitive to fabrics and things hitting my pain points. This couch doesn't cause any discomfort! I'm actually shocked by how comfy this is and my cats love it. It's purrfectly soft for the master baker to get her order of biscuits out the door in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that there's no way to lock them into place. And a warning of these are very low to the ground. You could put them on a support of some kind if you were so inclined. I haven't had a fabric couch/sofa in over 10 years and was hesitant about that but it's not an issue. All the pieces have zippers! So ideally you can wash them which is an added bonus. ... show more

I should have trusted the negative comments about this sofa. It seems like the sofa was designed for children’s room. It is very small and close to the floor. You can easily hug your knees while seated on the sofa. Even though there is a one month return policy for this item, do not get fooled. The company does not accept returns. They need to remove their return option since there’s no way you can put it back in the box and ship it!! I am really disappointed with the product and their customer service!! ... show more

Does not firm up as much as I would like. This is s good couch and customer service was awesome at making it right for me, however with me being a heavier guy. I sink a little farther down than I would have liked and it makes it not as comfortable as an option for me. Great for smaller humans but not big man certified! ... show more

I love it. It’s more comfortable than my bed. I’ll admit that it hasn’t made me very productive for the last few weeks 😆 I like that it molds to your Body from the memory foam but also still Manages to stay firm. I’ve had no issues with feeling like this couch is sinking in spots. I’ve had this issue with traditional couches. Please be aware that the chaise part is almost as big as the couch side. I’m 5’4” 145lbs and it was quite the struggle to get inside my apartment . Granted, I had to get it through the back porch and it was left on the bottom of the stairs . I had to break open the box & carry it in as individual sections. A second pair of hands would be helpful. The entire box felt like a 100lbs in tact. With that being said, this couch was so worth the investment. It’s huge, forms almost immediately , and fills out nicely. If you’re worried about the pillows looking limp, they do fill out and get nice and fluffy. Just buy it. You’ll be glad you did ☺️ ... show more
