I love it so much! It came super quick 2 boxes came than 3 more came two days later I’m on the 3rd floor it was so easy to carry and assemble it came vacuum sealed it was really no assemble 😭 you literally pop it out the plastic & it starts to inflate It’s perfect for me & my boyfriend. The couch is HUGEEEE I was worried it would be small but nope it’s so big I had to take away one of my end tables & just keep one to make room for the couch. It was very wrinkled the first couple of days I did steam it. Everybody loves my couch so much they’re considering buying one! I also love how it has no legs on the couch, me & my boyfriend put the 2 ottomans together & have a movie night we sleep on it all the time we just got it June 25TH & it’s now July 12TH! This is literally the best couch ever, it is so comfortable and so big! The first picture is it freshly out of the box and the other pictures are it hand steamed with a hand steamer from Amazon, (definitely recommend one of those ) now the only downfall is the couches don’t connect together so if you are sitting directly in the cracked, after awhile sitting there you’ll start to sink in because they aren’t connected, but the couch is so big we don’t really have a problem with that. I love putting the ottomans together and it’s like a bed! Still the most comfortable couch ever. ... show more

The sofa is comfortable and spacious, and it looks nice in the living room. The cushions are soft and the overall design is simple and modern. I debated on this couch for literally 4 months and finally did it. So far no regrets, shipping was super fast within a week it had arrived. The wrinkles for me mostly came out on their own. Super comfortable couch and it’s deep. If you’re looking for a firm couch this isn’t it. This is a cozy, deep and fluffy couch. I’ve fallen asleep on it twice by accident and have woken up with no back pain or nothing. It matches perfectly with my decor and wall color. I got the brown and it’s not too dark it’s a perfect balance of brown mocha. I am in love with it! Provides just enough seating without taking too much space in my small living room. No regrets so far. Side comment: some reviews said it doesn’t hold up well without being against a wall. Mine is inches away from the wall to not tug on the curtains. No issues so far whatsoever. Each person is different. This is the perfect lazy couch to watch movies on and be laid out on. Sitting on the edge your weight will cause you to sink closer to the floor so not good support while putting shoes on- it’s a boneless couch be realistic. This product is nothing like the photos. It is small, low to the floor, very creased and smells bad. It is almost impossible for an adult or teen to sit on this "sofa" because it is so low and soft. You sink right down and are unable to stand up. The product is also very creased and has a toxic smell to it. My product arrived in 5 large boxes that are heavy. The seller has refused to issue pre-paid return shipping labels. Assuming I would be able to get these boxes to the Post Office, the estimated cost to ship them back is over $500. I contacted Amazon over 10 days ago and so far they have done nothing. They say it is a third party seller and does not come from them. We are still waiting for Amazon and I will update later if something changes. ... show more

This is a very nice sectional, very comfy, more in the plush side exactly what I was looking for. I got in brown and it’s true to the color of the picture, the fabric looks and feels of good quality. Each piece is delivered separately, air compressed so it would be out of shape and wrinkled. You’d need to fluff each pillow a bit to help get the form and I used a steamer to get the wrinkles out although the manual says it might take 7 days to do it on its own but I didn’t wanna wait. Bought this couch about a month ago before moving. Just got to open the boxes a few days ago, and i LOVE it. i’m not sure what other people mean by the lack of framing? obviously it’s boneless, but it seems VERY sturdy in my opinion, but that could be based on the amount of people sitting on it at a time, or the weight of said person sitting on it. my boyfriend is 165lbs and i’m 125lbs. we both sit on it just fine with no lack of stability. it’s so squishy and soft! if you want a firm couch this is NOT for you. me and my boyfriend love to put it together and make a bed out of it as well for movies :) ONLY con that i have as of now is you need to steam it in order for it to look its best! it was time consuming for me but definitely worth it. i’ll update if anything changes! ... show more

It’s a beautiful couch, very comfortable. Low to the ground if that’s your preference.PLEASE HAVE A STEAMER OR IRON. It comes very wrinkled and the heat loosens up the fabric . Great purchase! Thick, good quality . Comfy to sleep on! And doesn’t take up too much space
