It came super quick 2 boxes came than 3 more came two days later I’m on the 3rd floor it was so easy to carry and assemble it came vacuum sealed it was really no assemble 😭 you literally pop it out the plastic & it starts to inflate It’s perfect for me & my boyfriend. The couch is HUGEEEE I was worried it would be small but nope it’s so big I had to take away one of my end tables & just keep one to make room for the couch. It was very wrinkled the first couple of days I did steam it. Everybody loves my couch so much they’re considering buying one! I also love how it has no legs on the couch, me & my boyfriend put the 2 ottomans together & have a movie night we sleep on it all the time we just got it June 25TH & it’s now July 12TH! Bought this couch about a month ago before moving. Just got to open the boxes a few days ago, and i LOVE it. i’m not sure what other people mean by the lack of framing? obviously it’s boneless, but it seems VERY sturdy in my opinion, but that could be based on the amount of people sitting on it at a time, or the weight of said person sitting on it. my boyfriend is 165lbs and i’m 125lbs. we both sit on it just fine with no lack of stability. it’s so squishy and soft! if you want a firm couch this is NOT for you. me and my boyfriend love to put it together and make a bed out of it as well for movies :) ONLY con that i have as of now is you need to steam it in order for it to look its best! it was time consuming for me but definitely worth it. i’ll update if anything changes! ... show more

We really like this sofa. It’s exactly what we were looking for—a couch made for relaxing and lounging in the living room. My partner is 6’3” (190 cm), and it’s long enough for him to fully stretch out comfortably. It’s also very soft. The entire sofa is made of foam, which is something to keep in mind before buying. One downside is that the sections don’t lock together, so they’re not secured as one solid piece. Also, if someone sits in the middle, the backrest can lean backward because everything is soft. Another thing to note is that if you like sitting on the armrest or corner of the sofa, this probably isn’t the best option since the backrests are soft as well and don’t provide much support. These photos were taken just 30 minutes after unboxing. The sofa still needs time to fully expand, and the fabric will look even better after steaming. Overall, it’s exactly what we wanted. The size, color, and softness are perfect for two people to relax and watch movies together. One more thing that pleasantly surprised us—we received it 5 days earlier than the estimated delivery date. Huge credit to the seller for the fast shipping! ... show more

This product is nothing like the photos. It is small, low to the floor, very creased and smells bad. It is almost impossible for an adult or teen to sit on this "sofa" because it is so low and soft. You sink right down and are unable to stand up. The product is also very creased and has a toxic smell to it. My product arrived in 5 large boxes that are heavy. The seller has refused to issue pre-paid return shipping labels. Assuming I would be able to get these boxes to the Post Office, the estimated cost to ship them back is over $500. I contacted Amazon over 10 days ago and so far they have done nothing. They say it is a third party seller and does not come from them. We are still waiting for Amazon and I will update later if something changes. ... show more

The couch it’s feels comfortable however after only 10/15 minutes of sitting on it you are extremely sunken in and it’s uncomfortable. Disappointed with how much I spent on it to not want to use it. Would not buy again!
