The fabric on the bottom was not secured properly. I just put a few staples in it. Then3 packages arrived early. 2 one one day and the last one the next day. It looked small when putting it together. I love this couch! Great quality for the price. I assembled myself in a few hours. Perfect size. Love the material of the cloth and the pillows. It is a bit thin and could use a little more cushioningz especially on the back part. It is a little lower than I imagined, and I had to pull away from the wall a bit more because people were frequently hitting their heads. I wish the back was a little higher and more cushioned. I did buy white which is lovely and looks just as pictured but I'm afraid to stain it! I get compliments on it all the time. Just needs to be a bit taller and more cushioning.

Love! Super comfy, great price, customer service was great. The back cushions, as others mentioned are thin, but I just bought a few $5 pillows from target and stuffed them and it makes the couch look much more high end. Very happy.

Couch is horrible and donāt let me get started on the return process which is impossible because it has to be in the original package. This seller gave me a hassle about trying to return this couch. Itās hard as a rock with no back support at all and sits almost to the ground. This a very misleading product. Wish I would have listened to the negative reviews before paying $600 for this. After sharing my grievances and offering to send it back on my expense they were offering me $15 to keep the couch. After going back and forth for a week the agreed to give me only $100 back for it! Iām highly disappointed in this seller and Amazon cuz I never write reviews. Take my advice donāt do it!

The couch is low and not the most comfortable but so far with kids its been pretty durable. For $400 a good buy. Super easy assembly my daughter and I did it under 45 mins. Im going to buy more padding for the cushions. Do make sure to read the instruction sheet before you panic that they forgot the cushions and the hardware š

I was so excited when the couch arrived a day or two earlier than I expected. I love the color and it was only took about an hour to an hour and a half to put together with help from a friend! It goes together so easily and will come apart easily if or when I move. Itās extremely comfortable! My own complaint is that the back support is too short as you can see from the second picture I will post. While the pillows add a little height to the couch, it seems like this couch is meant to sit against a wall for extra back support! Overall I am happy with the purchase!
