The light itself from a distance looks good, but that's about all it has going for it. It's pretty cheap feeling and while it's hanging up on the ceiling no one cares everything else about just adds to the disappointing factor including the design. The wood boarder looks water damaged and washed out, while the wood is real, this is probably the first time i wished it was veneer instead of real wood, due to how rough and bleak the ring looks. While there are several LED for the light about 25 i think they are clustered very closely to the center while the rest of the light is empty. And the light diffuser is just a circular plate that gets inserted. Due to the depth of the fixture and lack of additional lights, regardless of the light color you pick there is just not enough light. Which is funny since this is being advertised as dimmable, on it's highest setting it's already a solid dimmed light. ... show more

I was searching for a laundry room light, as my fixture stopped working after many a long year. After receiving this I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it looks. maybe too much for the laundry room. Installation was a breeze, and everything you need to install is included sans hand tools. The cover/diffuser was a bit on the tricky side. I swore i was going to break it the first time trying to slip it in place. The instructions are minimal, but after a few tries...it just popped into place. You can set the spectrum of the light you want inside the light next to the leds...an easy and nice perk. In the end, it's a very nice looking light that will work anywhere in the house/office. Recommended. ... show more
