The media could not be loaded. What I liked most about this heat press machine is that everything is all ready to go. I just had to attach the power cord and plug in the heating element. The control dial was simple to use after reading the instructions thoroughly. The machine heats up quickly. The machine can handle two mugs at a time. Since it was my first time I tried it out with only 1 mug. I was happy with the end result, vibrant colors. I do think it would be a great help to have a user's guide including information for the amount of time and temperature to apply the sublimation prints to the mugs and tumblers. I will definitely put this machine to great use for gifts.

I have only owned this for a few days and have sublimated 4 tumblers that came out beautiful. The only assembly was to plug in 2 cords! Love that it has a small footprint (space is always an issue) and is not complicated to use. Going to sublimate 2 mugs and will repot back.

Right after the window of free returns the temp is all over and ruined 5 tumblers. Now I can ship back at my cost ... thanks. Worked well for maybe 20 tumblers. Could never get the timer to adjust correctly. Do not buy

The media could not be loaded. Heats up real fast. Real easy to use. I had a lot of fun playing with this machine. Use the gloves that come in the box. Be sure to use a sublimation printer and to use sublimation ink along with sublimation tumblers. The first two tumblers I tried to make didn’t work due to not using the right ink. It didn’t transfer the ink, so the tumblers weren’t ruined.
