Thick, Strong, and Heavy Duty! This tarp is a BEAST and can double as a game cart!
I bought this as a ground tarp to place under my tent when camping. I wanted one that is nice and thick to keep branches, stones, etc... from poking holes through the bottom of my tent. While I have not yet used it for my tent, I did use it to drag something big and heavy out of the woods. We used some straps in the grommets and we were also pulling the tarp itself by hand... 2 of us drug something large out of the woods (full of rocks, brush, etc...) and across pavement/concrete. You might look at my photo and expect to see a low star review, but nope! It suffered a few scrapes with some going completely through it, but it was far less damage than I expected and no grommets failed. The photo is pretty much all the damage. I think there is another small hole a foot or so away from the photo. I'm not sure we could have gotten our load out without this and I don't think we would have even tried with a standard tarp. 5 STARS!

Review tarp
Size: 12' x 12'
These are very sturdy I received gray. Easy to clean and use. They are water resistant and hold up very well in snow and rain.

Buy Thicker tarps like this one.
Size: 10' x 12'
The Tarp ripped in half on a seam within 24-36 hours of my trip. Initially I was more upset, but then realized I can use the both pieces again if needed. The Grommets held up nicely, compared to the replace tarp that the grommets fell off within hours. the 16 mm size was good and I would buy these again. Waterproof: Everything stayed dry through multiple thunderstorms. I placed one on the bottom and over the items, and then the other over the top to ensure my boxes stayed dry.

It's TOUGH
Size: 12' x 12'
This is what you want in an outdoor tarp. I use them for many different applications and they really hold up extremely well. Would definitely buy from this manufacturer again.

For the price, quality control could be better. ***Review Updated.
I purchased a smaller tarp for covering a small wood pile while at the cabin. The size on this tarp was a good fit for its needs. I was a little disappointed though with the quality control. Straight out of the package one of the grommets was torn half out and another missing. While I wouldn't bother to take the time to send it back, as I don't plan (at this point) to have the need to tie it down, I would be more concerned if I needed a larger one which I would need to use tie downs on. At this price point I would not have expected this. ***Update to review. Seller - Insane Marketing, reached out to me to address my issues with the 8X10 tarp. They are replacing the tarp. I want to thank Insane Marketing for responding to my review and making things right. Customer service is so important, and I.M. went the distance to ensure my satisfaction. Again, thank you I.M.!
