For the price it's worth it. With 2 competent people it's a days work. I got the 12x14 and it's very heavy duty. Plenty of extra screws. Easy instructions and large enough to hold plenty. I'll be building a base for it, which I would recommend but right now it's exactly what I was looking for in both price and use. I'm using at at a rental right now. I'm almost thinking of buying a couple more to rent out to my tenants if wanted

My wife and I just spent 10 hrs putting this together. It all went pretty good until we got to the handle, the hole wasn’t cut straight in the layers so we damaged the threads forcing it in. The latch doesn’t work right now, we will have to figure something out. Otherwise well built and durable for the $$$.
