Made the appointment online, showed up at scheduled time where they already had received my new tires, had them swapped out and was on my way. These new tires are smooth as butter! What doesn't amazon sell...lol. I was going to get these from Discount Tire Direct, because they were cheaper online than the store price but, not in stock. Ended up...Amazon was the cheapest deal. Now, for the tires, gotta ding them 1 star. Got these when I bought my 2021 Traverse new. Now, I only have 20k miles on the vehicle but... I work a lot of hours and... neglected to rotate them. A $450 lesson...I already knew and should have known better. But, these replaced the two front tires because they were slicks!!! Now, I've had front wheel drive before but...never 20s. IDK... Can't help but think the long term quality of these tires just ain't the best! Worse still... Had to het the same tires again since the two rear tires are still in great shape. I will say...I have a heavy right foot and corner hard....lol. So...maybe on me a bit. ... show more
