Just assembled this about a week ago. We had a heavy wind and rain storm the very next day, it seemed to hold up very well. We secured all four corners to the fence with weatherproof cord. I was disappointed that the roof panels were basically some sort of plastic but that was partly my fault for assuming that when they said hardtop, that meant aluminum. My mistake for assuming. Not sure how well panels will hold up but, fingers crossed it lasts a couple of seasons. Now, onto assembly. My husband was a mechanic for nearly twenty years and is very adept at following instructions and assembling things, that being said, it took the two of us nearly six hours to put this thing together. Instructions and illustrations were very poor and hard to understand. We nearly filed for divorce at least twice during assembly, lol! Had he not been a mechanic, not sure but the whole mess might've ended up on the curb on trash day, NOT KIDDING! Buyer beware, this is NOT really a true hardtop, it is some type of plastic panels and who knows how well they will hold up. I will try to update at the end of the season. I paid 500.00 for this, it was a lowest price deal that popped up in my feed. The very next day, it was listed at 839.00. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT! This is a big project but not super difficult. You have to know the place you are going to put it and want it there permanently because it is not one of those gazebos you can put up and take down easily. We chose to put it up above our place near the river we have. We started putting It up when the weather was a bit windy so we only did the frame that one afternoon. The frame took us a couple of hours. It takes a couple of people to really do this project well. The frame is pretty strong material but not so strong that you won't want to put the legs securely into the ground. The cover is very big so to get it up over the top of it required us to use our ladder. We put the top on after we lifted it. We had it up during a recent storm and it has stayed very well and we hadn't put the feet fully into the ground. So far a thumbs up for this big 10x20 gazebo. ... show more

Im still going to give 4 stars. I’m sure this was a one time occurrence the product was Beautiful some parts were cracked when it came which made it weak blew away instantly even after staked and weighted down. I do not recommend if you live in windy area and cannot bolt down. If you have a deck and can reinforce the product itself it is even better in person. I wish it would have worked out here return was made easy Amazon was a great help even took 2 boxes because couldn’t not fit in original box. If I did not live near water and wind . For the price this is great. Pretty easy to put together it took me about 6 hours by myself. You have to have a second or even a third person to help assemble the second half of the legs ( I had help with that part) the roof was a challenge for sure but I got it. I’m very happy with my purchase

The overall product is nice, but putting it together we found multiple pieces welds broke, no pre hole for screw…it was packaged very nice in 1 large box but the welds were busted on many of the decorative pieces, a few parts w no holes. Quite a bit of disappointment paying all this money for something :/ ... show more

This gazebo was exactly what I needed, but putting it together was hell. Putting the overall structure together was a breeze, but then it came to the roof panels, it was frustrating. I had one other person helping and it was still a tedious task.

The fabric has shown some signs of wear in different places all over. The seams have started coming undone in several places, and one of the panels had a broken zipper. Customer service was quick to issue me a replacement panel so I give 5 stars for support. I was able to fully assemble within about 8 hours, doing about 85% by myself but then needed some assistance toward the end. Overall you get what you pay for and I’d encourage you to maybe save your money a little longer so you can spend more to get a long-lasting gazebo. ... show more

Look nice/but on the roof- too much space between panels- so rain and snow will be come inside!!! So we need to buy clear weather proof tap to make sure there are no leaks inside
