The media could not be loaded. I ordered this easy up canopy with bug netting to use on my seasonal campsite. We already have a gazebo that is attached to our deck I wanted this to help block some of the sunshine that beats down during the day. A second awning on our camper qould have been ideal but very costly so this easy up canopy is going to be a great 2nd choice. I was able to set it up all by myself it took me about 30-45 minutes. The only part that was a tad difficult was when you need to pull outward on the legs to fully extend it. I just did it slowly and went around a bunch of times pulling out out just a little more each time till it was up. It would have been helpful to have a 2nd person however I made do with what I had. I was happy to see this comes with canvas bags that you can fill with sand or rock to weigh down the canopy. It also comes with ground stakes and string so you can properly secure it. I have decided I am not going to leave it up permanently. I will just pull it out and use it as needed. I dont want to damage it. We are only at the campsite on weekends so I dont want all the extra wear and tear. I got it mainly to help block the sun on really hot days. My poor pup has a hard timw finding a cool place to lay so I thought this is a great solution. The bug netting was also a feature I wanted to make sure if we sit in it at night we wont get attacked. So far I am really happy with it. It is exactly as I expected and gives us a good amount of space underneath for me to add chairs or anything really. I havent owned any other pop ups so I cant compare it however it seems to be well made and is working out great! I would definitely buy again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my little craft booth at the local fair. I thought it would keep the sun off me, but I am pleasantly surprised by how much cooler it is inside. The mesh sides are very handy as well to keep out bugs or to direct people to one opening. You can also remove one or all of them if you want. The canopy part has a reflective coating that really blocks the heat. God bless him, but my husband is incredibly stubborn and hates reading directions. He thought he could just wing it and put it together on his own. It took forever to figure out that he needed to put on the canopy before opening up the top part. He decided to open it up 75%, put the corners of the canopy in place, and then lock the roof pieces open completely. It tightened the canopy so it was on securely and then he could straighten it up if needed, thread the ropes through the rings, and hammer down the stakes. ... show more

I bought this to use on our deck for our inflatable hot tub. I was surprised of how flimsy it seemed. I'm not worried about it blowing away because I have it attached to my deck. I plan on taking it down in the fall. I know it would not be winter worthy and it's not made for that. I am hoping it gets me through the summer and early fall. In my opinion $175 was way too much to pay. $99 would of been more like it. It serves the purpose I bought it for. I have light weight curtains hung on the inside for privacy. I guess if you were just buying this to put up for a party and take down it would be ok. But a pain in the but to put up and down. The screen netting is nice and I'm glad it was included. I sprayed Scotch guard outdoor fabric protector on the top to help protect from sun and rain. Hopefully this will just give it another layer of protection for the season. ... show more

    • Attractive, exactly what I was looking for but disappointed
I read reviews that complained of it not being sturdy enough; however, I found that it is pretty sturdy and have not had any issues with it at all. Fairly easy to assemble (I did it by myself), but it would be easier if you had a second person. The netting has a zippered entry on all 4 sides, Velcro attachments to secure it and comes with sand bags that you can attach to the legs for extra stability. NOTE: sand is NOT INCLUDED. I purchased a bag of play sand for less than $5 at Walmart that worked just find. Many previous reviews mention that it fell apart with the wind. Truth be told; if there are winds strong enough to blow it down, then most likely it should've been disassembled before the storm... *EDITED: I apologize to the reviewer who stated that this blows over in light winds. Just had an unexpected thunderstorm with light winds and the canopy flew over the fence into my neighbors yard. I have a 1/4 acre for a back yard for size comparison on the distance it flew. It was zippered shut and I think that's what made it easy to flip as it did. Will be returning this item. ... show more

For the cost it has done well, upon assembly the were a few minor flaws. It has held up well so far survived the remnants of two tropical storms. I only expect this to last a few seasons and it is serving us well.

We have been so, so happy with this product. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and fairly easy to put together (so much easier with two people). My canopy ripped, but that was completely my fault (we got over a foot of snow and I had forgotten to take it down). We love to sit outside when it’s warm!
