Yes it is smaller, the adhesive areas of the pad are about 3/4 of the Nooro pad. However each of these pads are about an eighth of the price of the Nooro pad. Works with our tens unit. Pads are a little smaller than our original but that worked out better. The only down side is that the sticky film sometimes comes off of the pad after one use. We reapplied it and it stuck but was not able to get 50 uses out of each pad like we have with others. Still not a bad product. ... show more

I ordered these pads twice, thinking the first was defective. Second set doesn’t stick either. On several of them, when you remove the adhesive protector film the glue comes off with it leaving the pad totally without anything to stick to your skin rendering it USELESS. Returning this set too. These pads do not stick or adhere well. Even on the first use, they come off easily and are virtually useless. I will not purchase this pad again.
