    • DO NOT BUY - NOT WORTH RISK

If I could give two stars I would. They sent me a defective couch. Even after FOUR DAYS (not sitting on it, trying to fluff it, etc) one of the sections is a drastically different height than the other pieces, and it’s STILL wrinkly - see photos. Something is seriously wrong with this one. They’re saying if I return it would be at my expense and they are refusing to schedule an Amazon pickup, and since it needs to be boxed, the shipping would cost me more than i paid for the couch. Seller offered me a refund of $100 which is ridiculous considering this cost over $500. Do NOT risk buying this, it’s too much of a pain to even consider spending that amount on it! ... show more

    • Very comfy!
Review Image by Serena vollmer
I LOVE this sofa. Ended up coming 4 days before schedule. I wanted something that I could rearrange, something machine washable, and comfy! This met all of my needs. It was so easy to take out of the box and put together. The sofa was barely wrinkly as I was shocked since it has been air sealed into a box. It looks so expensive but it isn’t. This is the best bang for your buck. I had just moved to a different state and got rid of all of my furniture and needed things that weren’t going to break the bank. The picture is almost immediately from taking it out of the box for reference. Get this! P.s. I didn’t wait the entire 48-72 hours and it was still very comfy. Very impressed! ... show more

    • Cozy sofa. Easy to assemble. Rent-friendly.

This is great sofa; I'm in love with this delicate cream color. I like the shape and texture, and the separate ottoman can be moved around. The fabric is soft. All the covers have zippers, so they can be removed and washed. The frame inflated immediately after unpacking. The top cushions regained their shape on the second day. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I added myself was a bolster long cushion against the wall, as I prefer a more upright sitting position and my cal live to walk there , but this is a matter of personal taste. ... show more

    • 1 of 2 packages! You don’t get a tracking number for both

I love the couch so far but the delivery was irritating.. My first package came a week earlier than expected but, there was 2 boxes and I never got a tracking number for both. So when the first box was delivered the order was marked as delivered. I had to contact the seller to even get a second tracking number on the second box. I’m not sure if it’s an Amazon or the seller issue but definitely flawed. The couch however I Love so far for what was paid for it. I’m definitely gonna have to use a steam cleaner to get the wrinkles out but I’m assuming that’s just due to packaging. It does sit lower to the ground than I expected but I’m 5ft so it doesn’t bother me just thought it was a reasonable mention! Pictures** I added two first one is still expending second one has been expanded for a few days now it looks a little weird because it’s a corner piece and and the ottoman! I also added a pillow on the back *target bedding aisle they are the $60 over sized pillows! Also end has plastic to prevent cats from scratching! ... show more

    • Very disappointing
We have had this couch for 3 months and it’s already trash. The stitching on the cushions have come apart, so when you take the covers off to wash, foam pieces go everywhere. I would not recommend purchasing this. Save your money and get a nicer couch.
