The media could not be loaded. This is great sofa; I'm in love with this delicate cream color. I like the shape and texture, and the separate ottoman can be moved around. The fabric is soft. All the covers have zippers, so they can be removed and washed. The frame inflated immediately after unpacking. The top cushions regained their shape on the second day. I am very happy with my purchase. The only thing I added myself was a bolster long cushion against the wall, as I prefer a more upright sitting position and my cal live to walk there , but this is a matter of personal taste. ... show more

Waited 48 hours to use it. It looks great and the color is perfect, but is not very comfortable. I certainly would not call it a "cloud" couch. It's a bit stiff.

I love this couch. I was worried given how affordable and nice the photos look but it exceeded my expectations. It came extremely quick (2days) and Puffed up instantly! It is quite big too plenty of room to get cozy! It has a rubber bottom so it doesnt slide on the wooden floors. Its a little low to the ground but not terrible. Definitely worth it! ... show more

Shipping was a few days before the date I was given, thank you! I received all 6 pieces, 2 per box. Easy to open and after giving it two full days, I realized that it is 17.3 inches if you include the cushion. If you take that off it is more like 12. I am definitely going to have to build a platform for this to sit on. No awful smells, which was awesome. Somethings you order and they come with a horrible odor. Fabric is okay, not rough. The length and the color were both accurate. Minus a star for the height, slightly misleading, I don't know how you are calculating seat height. Overall, not a bad purchase, I am just going to have to build something to adjust the height but not a deal breaker for me. ... show more

I was skeptical at first as this is my 1st boneless couch and was worried it would be flat in a day but it looks great!! Color is even better in person. Slight packing smell but wore off. very comfortable after sitting on it a few times as it is a little stiff after unrolling the plastic.

I LOVE this sofa. Ended up coming 4 days before schedule. I wanted something that I could rearrange, something machine washable, and comfy! This met all of my needs. It was so easy to take out of the box and put together. The sofa was barely wrinkly as I was shocked since it has been air sealed into a box. It looks so expensive but it isn’t. This is the best bang for your buck. I had just moved to a different state and got rid of all of my furniture and needed things that weren’t going to break the bank. The picture is almost immediately from taking it out of the box for reference. Get this! P.s. I didn’t wait the entire 48-72 hours and it was still very comfy. Very impressed! ... show more
