I almost never write reviews, but I genuinely love this couch enough that I had to. I’m a 27 y/o female and I assembled this entire thing by myself in about 3 hours. The instructions were actually clear and easy to follow, which already puts this above half the furniture I’ve ordered online 😅 It also came with ALL the tools needed for assembly, which was a huge surprise because most self-assembly furniture always seems to assume you own a workshop in your garage. The couch itself is ridiculously comfortable. The cushions are super deep and plush with that “cloud couch” feel without feeling flimsy. The double-layer cushioning makes a huge difference. I also LOVE the interchangeable ottomans because you can change the layout whenever you want depending on the room or mood. One thing I’d recommend: definitely give the cushions and pillows time to fully fluff up before judging it. I let mine sit for about 2 days before really using it and now they look perfect and feel amazing. It came in 2 heavy boxes. One box had the couch/frame pieces and the other had all the cushions and pillows, so just be prepared for that during delivery. Once assembled though? Totally worth it. It fits my space perfectly and honestly looks way more expensive than it was. I’m obsessed with this couch

I usually don’t order furniture from Amazon, so I was pretty skeptical going into this purchase. I’ve had this sofa for about a month now, and I can honestly say it’s amazing for the price. Assembly wasn’t too bad at all. I was really happy they included a video tutorial — it helped way more than the paper instructions. The sofa itself is very large. I was surprised by how spacious it is; both my husband and I can lay on it comfortably and still have room to move around. (For reference, my husband is 6’2” and I’m 5’0”.) The fabric is super soft and very easy to clean — pet hair comes off with no problem. The cushions and pillows do arrive vacuum-sealed, so I definitely recommend giving them a couple of days to fully expand. Once they did, the sofa looked great and puffed up beautifully. At first I was skeptical because of how flat everything was, but I was pleasantly surprised. Overall, I’m beyond happy with this purchase. My family was amazed by the quality. It’s very sturdy and holds up extremely well.

Ordered this on a whim. We needed to replace our couch unexpectedly, before hosting Thanksgiving and it was too late to order one from a furniture store. So after reading many reviews, I decided on this one. Thank goodness for my 16 yo son who enjoys a project because I would not have had the patience to put this beast together. It took him about 3-4 hours total to assemble it. It came in 2 boxes a day apart which worked out. I was anxious a box was lost and the seller was very responsive and easy to work with. We put together the base first and then all the pillows arrived. It looks good, once assembled and the pillows expand(definitely let them expand without sitting on it for at least 2 days). It is low to the ground, and so squishy and cloud-like it is actually kind of difficult to get up from. It is very comfortable and cozy though, think- sinking into it to binge watch your favorite show or movie. I read reviews that others bought longer legs to replace the stock ones. I’m considering this because my husband and sons are quite tall and I think it may become an issue. I ordered the Beige, it is a linen-like fabric but seems like it would repel liquid and clean up easily, though we haven’t put that to the test yet, will circle back after Thanksgiving. I think this couch would work best against a wall. We currently have it floating in the room and you need to walk behind it to go upstairs, the back of it looks cheap. The fabric cover velcros to the frame and you can see the underside of the black Velcro. This would be ok against a wall but it is very visible the way we have it and I don’t love that. Also because people can stand behind it, kids are tempted to jump from the back to the front of it and flip over it and I don’t think it will hold up. A more typical couch might have a wood frame that could withstand kids jumping all over. Mine are older now but if you have little active kiddos who like to jump around this may not work. My 6’ 240 lb son commented when he sits back it feels like the metal frame is not sturdy, again maybe against a wall this wouldn’t be an issue. So far after 3 days I am happy with it and it looks really good! I do have reservations about how it will hold up. I will update after living with it for a month.

I never write Amazon reviews, but this couch truly is such an amazing find that I couldn’t not share. It came in fast and arrived in 2 boxes. I’m 6 months pregnant and my husband was gone, so I cut the box open outside where fedex had left it and carried it in piece by piece. I was a little nervous seeing the parts because it seemed like the couch would be much smaller and cheaper looking in size compared to the review photos I had seen. I have been the one to put together/build all the furniture in our house, and this definitely ranked as one of the harder things to build. Instructions were clear and a video was even provided on the printout, however it was just a lot of small, tedious parts. It took me about 3 hours to put it together alone. Once the base of the couch was built, I was still a little nervous. It looked small and cheap and I was dreading thinking about having to take all the small parts apart if I wanted to send it back. However, after cutting open the vacuum sealed cushions and seeing how big they were, it made the couch even better than I was expecting. It’s huge, has a ton of cushion, and looks like a higher end couch. I’ll probably zip tie the ottomans legs together and attach it to the base of the couch, but even without doing that it stays put and doesn’t slide even when laying in the cracks of the couch and the ottoman. The cushions are thick and seem very durable, so I feel comfortably that it may lose some of its fullness over time and still be a comfortable couch. I can’t recommend this couch enough! Definitely a steal considering the cost of it.

I am writing this review to warn other buyers about serious quality defects and the seller's systematic refusal to honor legitimate returns for defective merchandise. **PRODUCT DEFECTS:** This sectional sofa arrived with multiple defects that render it completely unusable: 1. **Structural Defect:** The frame contains an uneven component that compromises the stability and integrity of the furniture. This is a manufacturing defect affecting the structural soundness of the product. 2. **Severe Comfort Failure:** The sofa causes physical pain and discomfort after only minutes of sitting. It is completely unusable as a seating surface. **FALSE ADVERTISING:** The product listing explicitly promises: - "Superior comfort and support" - "Promotes healthy sitting posture" - "Helps prevent discomfort and potential long-term health issues" The actual product delivered contradicts EVERY SINGLE ONE of these advertised claims. Instead of preventing discomfort as advertised, this sofa actively causes pain within minutes. This is material misrepresentation of product specifications. **RETURN NIGHTMARE - SELLER CREATES IMPOSSIBLE BARRIERS:** When I attempted to return this defective product following the seller's own instructions ("contact us if dissatisfied"), I encountered systematic obstacles designed to prevent any return: **Day 1-2:** Seller requested photos of unopened packaging, then demanded photos of internal frame components **Day 3-4:** Seller demanded I disassemble the fully assembled furniture to photograph internal structural components **Day 5:** Seller demanded videos demonstrating the defect through external manipulation of the furniture Each time I explained why these requirements were impossible or unreasonable (can't photograph internal frame defects from exterior, can't video record physical pain, disassembly is unreasonable), the seller simply escalated to a new impossible demand. **AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE INTERVENTION - SELLER REFUSED TO COMPLY:** Amazon's Customer Service team reviewed my complaint and intervened directly, sending the seller this message: *"The customer is unable to send pictures, the item is uncomfortable and the stability can only be seen before assembling the item. The item is assembled and picture won't show the defect. UPS will not take the item. please provide a alternative option for a return (pickup) for a full refund."* Amazon explicitly requested the seller provide pickup service for a full refund. **The seller completely ignored Amazon's intervention** and continued demanding impossible video evidence as a precondition for return, stating: "Without such evidence, we cannot accept your return request, nor can we process any refund." **THE VACUUM-SEALED TRAP:** The seller acknowledges in their communications that vacuum-sealed furniture cannot be returned to original packaging once assembled and used. They then use this inherent product limitation as justification for imposing extraordinary verification requirements before accepting returns. This creates an effective trap: they sell products that can't be repackaged, then refuse returns on defective merchandise because items can't be repackaged. Customers with defective products have no practical recourse. **SELLER'S BAD FAITH:** After multiple days of documented attempts to resolve this, providing extensive written documentation of specific defects, and receiving intervention from Amazon's Customer Service team, the seller's position remained unchanged: no return without impossible visual evidence. The seller claims they "have never refused a refund" while simultaneously stating they will only process returns "upon receipt of valid photo evidence" - evidence I've explained multiple times cannot demonstrate internal structural defects or subjective physical discomfort. **BOTTOM LINE:** - Product is structurally defective and unusable - Product fails to meet ANY advertised specification - Seller creates systematic barriers to prevent legitimate returns - Seller ignores Amazon Customer Service intervention - Return policy is designed to trap customers with defective merchandise **DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER.** They do not stand behind their products and will create impossible requirements to avoid honoring returns even when Amazon's own customer service team intervenes on the buyer's behalf. Save yourself the money, frustration, and wasted time. There are many other furniture sellers on Amazon who actually honor legitimate returns for defective products.

Really easy to put together. Everything came in the box, tools included. The perfect size for my small apartment and very stable. I love, love the this color and it's very comfortable. You have to give the cushions time to inflate, once they come out of the vacuum sealed plastic. I fluffed mine and let it go from there. I have had this couch for 3 weeks now and have not had any issues.

This is a comfy couch. It has great seat cushions on it. But they will NOT stay in place. We have covered them in Velcro to no avail. What bugs me the most, though is that the back cushions did not even cover the entire back of the couch. I added filler to them and that seemed to help. But the fabric doesn’t wrap all the way around the back cushions and doesn’t cover the whole back of the couch. So when someone is sitting on it, you can see the black material that fills in where the manufacturer tried to cut costs. Also, the couch is made out of a metal frame, which I thought would be good because I’ve had a wooden frame couch break before. But every time one person moves everyone bounces. All of my friends were waiting to see how this couch would turn out and what I have told them is it looks OK, but you can definitely tell it’s an Amazon couch. I definitely regret buying it. I do believe it will last just as long as a traditional, name brand sofa because of how sturdy the frame is, but I don’t think I will ever be happy with the lesser quality look. The photos I added are real-time photos of how it looks most of the time in my home.

Pretty good quality couch for a great price. This is how the cushions look a full 24 hours after unboxing and not sitting on them. It was slightly difficult and took a while to put together by myself, but the instructions and tools included were really helpful. On the step where you hammer in the wood boards, I skipped the hammering because I live in an apartment and don’t want noise complaints lol but it still looks good and you can barely tell. Also, shipping was super quick and the couch was well packed into 2 boxes.
