Overall, I like this couch. Definitely worth the value for the money. A few things I don’t care for are the fact that the back is REALLY short. If you put the couch against a wall and use a pillow for head support you’re fine. However, if not, it’s not the most comfortable. Also, if you’re tall, this couch is not for you. My husband is 6ft and I am 5 9 and our feet dangle. All that aside, it is a good quality couch. It’s sturdy, easy to build, solid, and pretty comfortable. The couch is VERY firm. So if you want something soft this is not the couch for you. The color is perfect. I got the beige and it’s works so well with anything. The directions on assembly were really good and easy to follow. Shipping was good I had no issues.

Lots of parts to put together but it was all there and easily done. Super comfy straight out of the box. Quick delivery. Good quality and price. The picture is straight out of the suctioned flat packaging. The cushions are even fluffier now and no wrinkles in the fabric. (I did mist the cushions with anti wrinkle clothes spray and took no time at all for the cushions to be smooth.)

Received this beauty as a Mother's Day gift, and it's been a game-changer for our living room. It arrived in two boxes—because, of course, one wouldn't suffice for this level of comfort. Assembly took about two hours, involving a bit of teamwork, some laughs, and only a few "creative interpretations" of the instructions. Once set up, it was love at first sit. The chenille fabric is soft yet durable, and the deep seats are perfect for lounging. The movable ottoman adds versatility—great for stretching out or accommodating extra guests. But the real surprise? Our pets. The dogs have claimed one side, the cat has taken the other, and we humans are negotiating for the middle. I am obsessed with this couch! It came to quickly within less than a week.The FedEx guy was even so nice and brought the two boxes it came in inside for me since it was raining. The directions to assemble were simple to follow. It took me around 2.5 hours to get it together. But also took my time as I was watching TV as well. The cushions fluff up nicely, I patted them a few times and let them fluff up while I assembled the rest. Since my husband and I are taller I ordered some 8in legs that are double the height of the previous ones which are 4 in. The actual height of the couch actually isn’t bad, just something we are going to try. This couch comes with multiple little pillows. I actually put the pillows in the back rest cushions to add a bit more structure and firmness and I love how it turned out. I also used my Conair steamer also from Amazon to steam out all the wrinkles and it made a world of difference. I highly recommend this couch it is a great quality for the price. And so soft and comfy!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: For the price point it’s a great couch, it’s decently comfortable. The back is very low and I do wish there weren’t as large of gaps between the cushions. It is good for the price and we will definitely keep it it will just eventually go to the playroom versus the living room.

Overall I like this. I have it in my theatre room and it’s comfy. It is soft and looks the way the pictures suggest. A few notes: It takes longer than 72 hours to fluff up. It’s been 3 weeks and some pillows still don’t have great form. It’s not fun to put together, but it’s doable. I’d recommend buying a cheap set of Allen wrench bits and using a drill!!! I did this by hand and my hands were raw for days after. Just use a drill on lower torque and you’ll save yourself some trouble. The back is low. My husband and I are using this in a room we plan to relax/lay down in so this wasn’t a huge deal for us but if you’re buying this as a regular couch I’d keep in mind that the back is pretty low. So you won’t have great support.
