I am shocked at what came out of 2 boxes. I was able to put this couch together alone. After some sweat, a drill, and a few hours, I am in love. I know it says that it could take 72 hours max to fluff up, but after only a day and a half, this couch is so comfortable to sit, lounge, and even nap on. I don't recommend assembling this alone, although you can. It'll be much faster to assemble with a second person, and I highly recommend using a drill. Make sure to pay attention to the instructions to ensure you have holes in the correct direction for the frame. I'm not a fan of the smaller pillows that came with the couch, so I used them as extra support behind the middle of each of the main back pillows. Overall, I am highly satisfied for the price and comfort I received. It was a great replacement to invest in.

Super impressed with this couch, being that it’s in a box I thought it would look really cheap, but I’m so happy with it, it’s nice and soft and fluffy and it’s not even fully fluffed, just put it together so it says 72hr for it to full fluff up. Also it’s so much bigger than what I thought it was going to be 9ft long we have enough room for everyone no more sitting on top of each other. And for the price I’m super happy with it!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE this couch!!! A little nervous to purchase a couch offline/Amazon but it’s worth it. Now… I’ve only had it a day. BUT it’s gorgeous!! Very attractive! Putting together was a bit of a challenge and I consider myself to be pretty handy. Instructions were not clear but once you got the hang of it you kinda roll with it. Worked at my leisure. It took me about 4 hours. This isn’t a true sectional, so if that is what you’re going for. Look elsewhere. This is a couch with two ottomans that I wish were velcro’d to the couch. Nonetheless, I am still pleased. I recommend taking your time to fluff your pillows. I did steam mine to get the wrinkles out. And I let them sit a day prior to putting the couch together

Love this couch so far! A few notes: some are saying that the back cushions are too small and you can see the black boning— turn the boning cover around if you have your couch against the wall! It doesn’t “fit” but if you have it against the wall you won’t see it and now you won’t see the black showing through!! Also for the sliding ottomans, they make sectional bands and you can find those on Amazon to keep your ottomans connected by your couch. If you’re willing to make these adjustments, this can still be a great couch for you and for the price!

We ordered this for our daughter's apartment and it is perfect. This couch is fluffy (after a few days, even better), sturdy and so comfortable. The cushions are also very thick for being vacuum sealed so flat. My husband took his time putting it together and followed the instructions and everything worked out. It is time consuming (about 2 hours) but worth it. I would definitely recommend.

This is a comfy couch. It has great seat cushions on it. But they will NOT stay in place. We have covered them in Velcro to no avail. What bugs me the most, though is that the back cushions did not even cover the entire back of the couch. I added filler to them and that seemed to help. But the fabric doesn’t wrap all the way around the back cushions and doesn’t cover the whole back of the couch. So when someone is sitting on it, you can see the black material that fills in where the manufacturer tried to cut costs. Also, the couch is made out of a metal frame, which I thought would be good because I’ve had a wooden frame couch break before. But every time one person moves everyone bounces. All of my friends were waiting to see how this couch would turn out and what I have told them is it looks OK, but you can definitely tell it’s an Amazon couch. I definitely regret buying it. I do believe it will last just as long as a traditional, name brand sofa because of how sturdy the frame is, but I don’t think I will ever be happy with the lesser quality look. The photos I added are real-time photos of how it looks most of the time in my home.

The couch turned out beautiful ❤️ It did take a few hours to build, but it's solid! The cushions will fluff up after a few hours. I put the throw pillows in the dryer on no heat fluff setting. Worked wonderfully. I love that the ottomans can be moved around We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Like most people I was hesitant to purchase a couch online especially on Amazon. However, after researching a few couches and sofas between websites my partner and I fell in love with this one. The size, material, and color were perfect for our apartment. The couch arrived in 3 boxes in less than a week. I will say though I wish I would have paid more attention to the color selection. I wanted the lighter variation and selected flat white. Unfortunately the correct option would have been the beige. Nevertheless we put the couch together and after 6 hours it was complete. Putting this couch together was a definitely a pain in our butts but so worth it. After 2-3 days the couch fully inflated and it was ready to be used. It’s extremely comfortable and soft; our dog has even claimed part of the couch as her own. One major drawback for this couch is how easy the ottomans move. There’s nothing keeping them connected to the actual couch so you have to keep moving them back in place. However, for the price point and quality I’d say this couch is worth it. I will try to update in a few months to see how the couch is holding up. **please note my attached picture the sofa was not yet fully fluffed***
