All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You ... show more

I do t usually write reviews but this one i had to cause it cost to much if I could return it I would bur this couch is the worst couch ever the cushions are paper thin basically they are not comfortable at all. The cushions move so much the backs all cave in and don't stay intact. Also the backs have zero support hurts my back all the time. The cushions move so easily my kids kittens move them out of place. As soon as you sit on the couch you basically hit the bottom. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COUCH TRUST ME..... ... show more

Got the larger one in the cream/off white color. Assembly was about 2-3 hours with the tools provided. All the cushions fluffed well except the corner backrest ones that are definitely missing some filling, so a little disappointed with that. Washable cushion covers, storage that is useful for pillows blankets or toys for kids/pets. Couch was a little lower than I was expecting but not too low to sit and get up fine. Velcro on the back of the cushions for the backrests are just ok, needs to be sewn higher up the cushions. I think for a budget, family with young kids/babies, or messy animals this is a good deal My wife and I have a dog, cat and baby on the way and with the messes already and soon to come I am glad we opted out of buying a premium couch. Overall not too bad and can recommend if you are in a similar situation/circumstances. ... show more

It’s super firm in a good way though! Not too soft but not too hard either. The storage section is huge! Plenty of space to fit things in the storage part of it. And the bed is super comfortable and easy to install! The color is stunning! I’m glad the covers can come off and be machine washable as well so that’s a plus considering I got such a light color.     • Get what you pay for....
I needed a larger couch for my apartment and this fit the bill perfectly- at first. I am now realizing why this is a fraction of the cost of the real Cloud Couches. The set up was super easy, it arrived quickly and I was able to manage it all myself. However, after 3 months of use- I find it to be uncomfortable and annoying due to the fact that the stuffing in the cushions is cheap and quickly loses shape. I have to spend 5 minutes re-fluffing it and rearranging the stuffing so that it is plush enough to sit on, and then after about 15 minutes of sitting down- it loses shape again and time to readjust. Lateley, when I want to really relax I end up just laying in my bed becasue that is much more comfortable. So overall- the price was great if you want an affordable dupe of the cloud couch- just know that you are sacrificing comfort. ... show more

Nice and firm I was able to put it up by myself in about three hours. It is really cute The material is soft. I really like it. It was super easy to put together. It came in 4 different boxes, I was worried because people said they got the boxes on different days luckily, I got the whole couch the same day and put together that night. Couch sucks! Not comfortable at all, hurts your back more than anything. Used the pull out bed maybe 3 times for movie nights and the handles already ripped off. The back pillows did not hold their shape at all. The couch is only 2.5 months old and looks like ive had it since i was a child. Wished I didn’t miss my return window!
